Usedworkclothes.com RIP OFF FUNDS

I Made an Order from this Company "shop.usedworkclothes.com " Midlothian VA.23112 and have yet to received any Order. They don't reply to their emails or ever answer their Phone calls
Stupid me did not check their Website prior to doing my order and got rip off for my Money,
There are many Complaints against "shop.usedcworkclothes.com " from far back 2009
Anyone out there who purchase from this Company "shop.usedworkclothes.com "and got Rip off please leave Command
The more of us leaving Command the better the fight against these RIP OFF Company also report them to the Better Business Bru.

Same here. . This dude Darnell is a stiff. I figure I'm out my $37.95 for the pants I ordered. Live and learn. . I wish there was a way to bring legal action.

I am just one simple customer purchasing for my own work clothes (not a company). Same experience as those listed above. Placed an order, paid for the order. The order never arrived. Darnell claims he will fix it (this has been going on for months now) but it never happens. Sometimes emails are answered, often not. Some phone calls attempted were met with 'this number does not receive calls', other times I get a voice mail. Regardless, I have not received the goods or the refund. I actually tried to find complaints before making the purchase but couldn't find them. Now that I have had several months to get angry and dig deeper - I am finding complaints from all over North America! This company should not be allowed to continue to exist. Somebody, government/BBA needs to shut them down - too many companies and people are being hurt.

My company ordered a large amount of work uniforms from this company, at first it took a long time to recieved anything. We spoke with Darnell who is the owner and he said 3 boxes should arrive, we eventually recieved 2 out of 3 boxes. When we first spoke with darnell he advised grade A quality uniforms, we opened the 2 boxes and the clothing was not A quality and sizes were all mixed up. Sizes i didnt order were included as well, these were horrible clothing which looked like they used them as rags before and just washed them. As of 01/26 our 3rd box hasnt arrived and we made several attempts to contact darnell but he doesnt return our calls or emails. For future customers please stay away from this company.

Usedworkclothes.com Did not deliver as promised

I ordered navy shirts, pants, jacket combo deal but when they arrived only the jacket & pants were navy so I emailed Darnell Ross letting him know the problem I even returned the shirts believing I would be getting the shirts in navy but "no" it didn't happen either I had been back & forth with this D.Ross and finally he said I would get a partial refund all of this started back in March 2010 but "no" partial refund either so I lost out on $17 for s/h then another $6 bucks to return the stuff I didn't order and I still did not get a partial refund or my shirts and its October 2010 I think I've been extremely patience. I would not recommend this company to do business with...

I made an Order from this Company on July/19/11 and have yet to receive my Order, They don't reply to email or never Pick up their Phone call!

YES YES the same thing happened to me ! They just kept me waiting, could not get ahold by phone, They won't return a call ! I wonder how many they scam, It must be good money or they wouldn't keep doing it IErupt48

Pretty much agree with this outfit being at the very least, poorly run, and probably a scam.
My order was two months in delivery, and was incomplete when it did arrive.
Darnell finally replied to me after two weeks at which time, I asked to change the remaining portion of the order to a larger size THREE TIMES but when it was finally completed, NO CHANGES.
The whole process took 6 months.
Good thing I had other clothes!

full time scam? part time scam? If I spend My money, any amount and get no product, it's a scam. Either you are in business or you are not. customers don't want lies or bs or problems. Either you are shipping a real product or you are not. If you are NOT, for ANY reason.. you are messing people over... that is a scam in my book.

contact the BBB, your local attorney generals office, anyone who will listen... go get this site OFF of the web.

My card was charged and I never received an order that was placed in September 2010 (its now Feb 2011). I contacted Darnell several times and he always promised to give me my money back, but it still has never happened. I even got Virginia's Better Business Bureau involved and he has been ignoring their request to refund me too. I suggest that anyone who has a problem with this site contact the BBB to put some pressure on this "business."

Your claim of close location is quite adroit as well. I didn't even know where this business was located so I checked it out. Yeah, I'm a cool 200+ miles away. I guess by your logic the next time I review a mail order company in, I don't know, New York City (closer, BTW), you'll have every right to pop up out of nowhere and claim nepotism or locale. Idiot.

Your comment indicates that you lack basic reasoning and comprehension skills. Did you even read what I wrote, and did you go to the next logical step and compare it to the comment I replied to? Let me spell it out for you. The previous comment was "This company/person is running a scam." Then I replied that I had received what I ordered 2 out of 2 times, and that is an indication the company isn't a "full time scam operation". It's stated tongue-in-cheek, but very clearly true and logical. Strange that my pointing out one CC billing error experience, the obvious low tech nature of the billing system and website, and my experience with 2 orders is evidence enough for you to pin me as a company schill. Wouldn't a schill just leave out the negative portions of the review? Idiot.

I only wish that I would have read some of these before making a purchase. Ordred 9/14/2010 as of 12/1/2010 no clothing. I asked to get a refund from Ross several times, needless to say Darnell Ross told me at least 5 times over the last 3 months the check is in the mail. My last call he gave me a asd story about someone robbing his buisness, I told him that he was no better than the story of the robbers he told me about.

qcomplaint maybe we should run our orders through you since you have a working relationship with this quite questionable site. And "full time scam" really? as opposed to part-time scam. It is odd that you are so closely located to said business. Hmmm.

I have ordered twice, and received what I ordered twice, so clearly the company is not a full time scam operation. From my experience of the outdated website and odd CC process, and having talked to Mr. Ross personally about getting an accidental double charge eliminated, I feel the technical business aspects of his venture could use improvement, but it is not a scam.
