I complained about Allison doing a pick up on my drawer without me being present and not allowing me to count the money and also about the store manager pulling my hair and trying to cut off my ponytail twice. Denny from corporate said that he would come back to speak with me again, the next thing I know I'm short on the register and my drawer is being tampered with before my shift, what gives?

I complained about Allison doing a pick up on my drawer and not allowing me to count it right away and her sister using the employee bathroom/staying in the cash office with her when she does not work for the company, I also told Denny from corporate about the store manager Ken pulling my hair twice and trying to cut my ponytail off, he said he would be back next week to discuss my accussations with Ken, now my drawer is coming up short or its being tampered with before my shift what gives? Robin received several calls at work, no big deal, I handed her the phone three times and hung it up twice, the third time (10:50 am) she asked me to hang up the phone for her I said you have got to be kidding me, come around the counter and hang it up yourself. She said I am not kidding, I said I'm sorry but I'm not a secretary sorry. Robin threw the receiver in the garbage can and left it there.
At 11:33 am Ken Gas came up to the counter to see if I had hung up the phone, he came around the counter, took the receiver out of the trash and hung it up. He should have made Robin do that.
At 2:56 pm I called Ken Gas for a pick-up he sent Allison who did a $422.00 pick-up and took eighty dollars out of my drawer and said that I needed fives. I said I don't need fives at all maybe a stack of ones but I would rather not get change right now but concentrate on the pick-up. after a lot of back and forth I said just get me one's, she became hostile, slammed my money back in the drawer and loud mouthed me infront of my customer's, she said don't call me for fives I said I didn't call you at all I called Ken. Ken stood there and said nothing, at the end of my shift I had at least fifty dollars in fives so I was right about my money.

I filed a complaint against Ken Gas and Denny with the Commission on Human Relations back in October and both men have been sabotaging my character and playing with my drawer. I haven't taken a fifteen minute break since September 2010 because I have to watch my drawer but now I know it's being rigged before my shift starts.

Denny finally remembers my name
I am in the seventh month of my sexual harassment complaint against Ken Gass at #0268 pittsburgh. My hours have not changed and my hearing on april 5 has been pushed to april 27 because Mr. Hanson and his friends need to conjure a good story about why Mr. Gass grabbed my hair and tried to cut it off on August 6th and 18, his excuse was 'it is his job to initiate the new girls'. I have told Denny Palko and Debbie Breed that if they want more information on my sexual harassment complaint to contact the commission on human relations but members of corporate keep calling me and showing up at Rite Aid in my opinion to intimidate me into thinking that what Ken did to me is not big deal. In my opinion Rite Aid should take sexual harassment of women from male bosses seriously and not tap dace around it or ignore it because if Mr. Gass grabbed me he probably grabbed someone else and they did not report it to the police and corporate like I did. I can't prove it but two members of coroprate were at the store this monday and lied about who they were, I know they were from Rite Aid because the second gentlmen had a distinctive brief case just like Denny Palko that only a Rite Aid corporate manager would have, I think these two men waited until my shift was over and returned to the store to talk with the employee's behind my back. I have seen or heard employees cuss out customers, leave the cash office door cracked open so they would not have to use their key to get back in, cuss out the boyfriend on their cell phone, let family members in the cash office or use the employee only bathroom, give out orphan cards to customers when they know Steven Gaughan sent a memo ID#575924 on 2-09-11 that stated it is not allowed and Robin and Terry did tell everyone that you could get fired on the spot for it but for some reason that rule does not apply to the women that Ken likes, they ask customers how much something is, key it in without checking. But because I asked Ken Gass twice on two separate shifts to stop pulling my hair and trying to cut it off I am being financially crippled because I don't like the touchy feely game.
Ken Gass grabbed my hair and tried to cut my ponytail off with a pair of office scissors and told me that it is his job to initiate the new girls back on August 6, 2010 and about August 19th, I filed a police report and complained to Mr. Palko, Mr. Ortley and Ms. Breed. My hours were cut to just 15 a week. I am in the middle of a sexual harassment complaint via the commission on human relations and have told Mr. Palko and Debbie breed several times to stop calling me at home and showing up on my job, if you want information about my situation have Ken's lawyer contact the commision. Kens lawyer offered me $500.00 to quit then $1, 000.00 then $2, 000.00. I should not have to quit my job because the manager is abusive towards women. Mr. Hanson called my home about two weeks ago knowing that he is not supposed to talk to me. Heres what gets to me, my sexual harassment case has been lingering for seven months and not one corporate manager has given me a grievance form to fill out but my hours and dutuies have been cut. Ken told me in August that he does not hire men, well wouldn't you know he just hired a man a few weeks ago to cover his tracks. I show up for work on time and ready to work and the only complaints I get is why are you dressed like the manager who do you think you are, what's up with the make-up? We don't dress like that we don't look like that. Heres my argument if I had more hours maybe I could afford to dress down. It's ok for the employees to talk, tweet or eat all day. Curse out their boyfriends on the cell phone. leave the cash office door cracked because they don't want to use their key, let the family use the employee only bathroom or sit in the cash office, shop on the clock, make strange transactions on each others register. But when I tell ken to stop trying to cut my hair off it is offensive to him and the other girls. A woman should not have to put up with sexual abuse of any kind just to work at Rit Aid. just my opinion.
Joename I just read your story and it's not what you know it's who likes you at Rite Aid. I witnessed a shift manager take a customers credit card # over the phone to purchase a can of cat food because they were out of town and the sitter was on her way up to the store. We are not supposed to work on each others register but I have seen employee's working on mine that's why I haven't taken a 15 minute break since October 2010. A shift manager didn't feel like counting down Robins drawer and told Yuri to jump on and wait on customers. Allison told me one night to clean the outside windows of the Shadyside store and not three minutes into it I see Jennifer working on my register, I flung the door open and asked what was going on and Aliison said she was doing something on Jens register and it is ok. I said it is not ok. When I finished the windows Allison told me to work Jennifers register for a moment because we had a line, I said are you kidding me? She told me to do something else and I looked up and she did a transaction on my drawer and threw the receipt away and then did another transaction and stuffed it with the rest of the money. I said woe did you just do a pick up? she blew me off and replied Yes. I said can I count it? She played games talked to a customer for a long time and started toward the office which is what I did not want. I said excuse me Allison I need to count that. She ignored me went into the office for a few minutes, came back out and said now you can count it. I said it's too late, but I counted it anyway. That was the same night she let her sister (non employee) use the bathroom and stay in the cash office with her. I told Denny Palko about it he said it is ok because it's her sister. Are you kidding me? It's not what you know Joename it's who likes you at Rite Aid. I hope you and your wife get reimbursed for your trouble. just my opinion.

I went to Sunoco store #7144 195 n. craig street on thursday july 26, 2012 to sign for my pay stub and your employee that Mr. Dunlap had instructed not to come in there anymore or interferre with my situation with Rita and Vallerie by lying on me, was just finished talking to Rita and Vallerie and on his way out. I filed a complaint that same day with Sarah and left a message on Mike Dunlaps answering service. No one has called me back and I still have not received your employees letter of apology that was promised to me by Sarah and Hezeikiah a month ago.
Last Monday I went into Sunoco to pick up my employee handbook and Tom the district manager happened to be in there, he asked me to clock in for a short moment to talk, he asked what happened between me and the DHL guy last week. Hello I have been slammed with night shifts for weeks because your employee keeps filing false complaints against me for Rita's sake so where do these mysterious altercations keep happeneing? In my opinion I should not have to flirt with customers or allow Rita to touch me when she wants to or go out and get drunk with her to keep my job.

I have been a customer at your 7-Eleven store on forbes ave in oakland for years and the older black gentlemen that works morning shift there is still the same. He is so pleasant and nice and it makes everybody's day go smoother.

Cary and Tasha you are wrong. I filed a sexual harrassment complaint against the asst. manager back in June because she touched my breast by the grill, when I moved away from her she pursued me and did it again, she had her husband doing work there when he is not an employee and she had him take off his shirt and demanded that I look at his tattoo on his fat body by th office, so instead of the district manager confronting the issue with the asst. manager they are using bogus or invisible customer complaints to run me off the job, that's why I need the apology letter from the DHL employee that was promised to me from his company because he is friends with the managers at Sunoco on craig street.
Most of the employee's at Sunoco have direct deposit that's why we just sign for our pay stub every week.

My complaint on this web page is about the DHL employee being coached by Rita, Rick, Vallerie and Tom to file false complaints to get me out of the store before me and another former employee's upcoming lawsuits against Rita and Sunoco are heard in court. The DHL guy does not have any place in what is going on at Sunoco because the film footage won't lie.

Corporate has been allegedly sending my grievances against the district manager (Tom), store managers (Rita & Rick), Legal dept. (Micheko) and cashier (Vallerie) since October 2012.
If I am dealing with a copy cat Penn State cover-up situation just let me know.

Corporate has been allegedly sending copies of my grievances against the district manager (Tom), store managers (Rita & Rick), legal department (Micheko) and cashier (Vallerie) since October 2012, and allegedly trying to resolve my sexual harassment
physical abuse and illegal clocking in and out accusations since June 2012.
If I am dealing with a copy cat Penn State cover-up situation just let me know.

I am still waiting for my suppressed grievances against the district manager Tom, store managers Rita & Rick, cashier Vallerie and legal advisor Micheko. The Sunoco employee compliance hotline workers have been telling me it will be here shortly since October 2012. If this is a copy-cat Penn State cover-up situation just let me know.
