Nope not even close. I avoid fast food at all costs. I do work in customer service however. I also know several people that have worked at McDonalds so I understand the kind of degenerates that they have to deal with.

Sending a text message in between orders isn't hindering the workplace, so it shouldn't matter. Like I said before, if you want better service, go elsewhere and spend more money. As long as you get your food, why do you care what an employee was doing? People need to keep to themselves more often. It's not like he spit in the burger.
