It depends on the intelligence of the actual squad member. Some are prolific in the art of computing, others are [censored] wannabes. Next time, talk to a squad member about a subject in computing and gage their intelligence on the matter. Might help if you do go to them again.
You are not the first to experience how bad Magic Jack and their company is. They attempted to sue Boingboing.net to try and remove a blog posting about its EULA. They also sent in Astroturfers to downplay the situation and try to say "Oh maybe its because you have a virus in your computer blah blah blah."
