Our company handles some aspects of Customer Support for Network Agenda, and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. If you have received a charge from Network Agenda, it is most likely associated with the order of a promotional Grant or Google CD, a CD download or an E-book purchase where you have also received a free trial period for Network Agenda. We offer the trial period to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value before they are billed and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the thank you email that was sent. We have been in contact with this Customer and her account has been resolved as it appears there was a misunderstanding relating to the membership that was offered with the loan application.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Morvyth. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated 4 times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation/thank you email, these are all in plain sight, NOTHING is hidden. It is then explained in the Privacy Policy and in the Terms and Conditions of the offer - which you must state you agree to prior to placing your order. Why should you read it? As the consumer, you are responsible for what you agree to. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Robert had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.

The only way we are able to issue charges is by having the complete credit card #, expiration date and security verification # submitted with an order.
