I received your email today. I can confirm that your membership has now been cancelled and I have sent a response directly to your email with a full resolution to your query.

I would like to assure you that the only way to create a membership is to manually enter the following details on the sign-up page for Complete Savings: your name, your email address (entered twice), your postal address, a new password (entered twice) and your credit or debit card details for the monthly billing, which is mentioned at least four times on the page. Following 30 days with no charge, members are billed £10 per month - hence why you provide your credit/debit card details at this stage.

For this reason, if a consumer feels at any time the programme is not for them, then we are happy to cancel the membership and will provide refunds upon request. This is just our standard practice to ensure we have satisfied members.

The Complete Savings sign up page clearly states there is a monthly fee – in fact there are at least four references to it. After entering their details on the sign up page, the prospective member must also create a personalised password and then click on a "YES" button to acknowledge they have read and agree to the membership Terms and Conditions and the Offer and Billing details, which are clearly stated in text adjacent to the "YES" button.

We email new members five emails in the first month of their membership to promote the benefits available to them and to remind them about billing. After this, they are then emailed monthly. Members can easily cancel at any time by contacting our customer service centre.
