You will usually find that hotels will only comp one night. Not in all cases but most of the time. Because why not check out if the conditions are that terrible?

BBB will not help your situation. But I would dispute the charge with your credit card company. And the hotel will have to provide documentation that you authorized the charge. Sounds like you didnt authorize it. So you should easily get your money back.
