As with many other companies, our phone lines are not available 24 hours a day. We operate on EST between the hours of 9-9 M-F and on S 10-5, closed on Sundays and holidays. We reply to all emails that we receive in the timeliest manner possible, however there are times that our emails are blocked by the recipient. If you have not gotten a response to an email, it was either not received by us, or the reply was blocked. We encourage directly speaking with us over the phone to resolve any issues, as email is often times not the most effective way.

If you are calling from out of the country you may have trouble reaching us. Our number is [protected]. If you are dialing this number, and can not get through you may want to check with your phone provider to see why your call is not being completed. In order to be refunded for your purchase, simply return the materials shipped out to you and we will process your refund as long as you are with in your 90 day refund window.

We will certainly take care of this issue. If you have not gotten your product, and you would like a refund we will get this processed for you. It appears that there was an issue with the international address submitted to us that has prevented shipping your product. This does not happen often, but at times with the different address formats in different countries, shipping can be delayed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

We test our phone number regularly to ensure that it is working properly. We must urge anyone that has not been able to get through to us to wait on hold until we can answer your call. Our Customer Support Team is extremely busy and are assisting other customers. There is also email support, if you prefer not to wait to speak to a representative. There is no truth to the claim that we do not honor our money back guarantee. Our customers that have been refunded can attest to this.

Simply returning the materials we shipped out per your order is all that is necessary. The reason we were unable to be reached is that the caller was dialing from Australia. Using the transaction number posted we were able to locate your account and email your member access information. Upon purchase of our program you are emailed a receipt which includes the URL for members, as well as your user name and password. This should resolve your issue.
