Why shouldn't they back date your membership? You said you went to the gym after your membership expired and before you joined again.

Don't complain because you allowed your membership to expire. Your fault.

You are stupid! Why did you bid so high? Now you are on a website making yourself look like a fool.

Do research first, read the disclaimers, then purchase. There is no one on the internet to hold your hand.

Sorry!
Dude, you were lied to by the hotel. Travelocity cannot overbook a hotel, the hotel overbooks.

Nice Person: You are insane! Do you think rules don't apply to you and your daughter? You wasted 3 minutes of my life reading your crap.

You even thought it was not safe to put the dog underthe seat for landing?!?!?! You definitely should not be flying or traveling for that matter.

Wow!
When the room was booked you agreed to the terms and conditions. What gives you the right to say Doubletree has dumb rules when you agreed and booked the reservation? Now that their rate rules are inconvenient for you, you go online to complain?

Guess what, Marriott has the same advance purchase program too. Good luck champ!
Timeshare resorts do not clean the units on a daily basis. Do research, then book!
You know that's not how it works, right?

I will explain this very slowly for you...

Expedia is a third party vendor. They are not the airline. You didn't plan well and missed your flight. This is not Expedia's fault...(you following me so far?).

When you don't show up for your flight as agreed, you lose your ticket. Expedia doesn't get a refund from the airline so you don't get a refund from the airline. (I know...it's difficult).

If Expedia decided to just give you a new ticket, they would need to buy that ticket for you. They don't have extra tickets just laying on their desks. As a result, you did not get a refund or a new ticket. (Now was that so hard to understand?)

They are correct in suggesting alternate transportation arrangements.

Have a nice evening!

Slander Finder: Gosh, you must be a lawyer! That was a great suggestion to sue. Of course you realize that this board didn't make any slanderous comments yet you suggest suing the board...very smart.

Now I'm interested because you are obviously very intellegent. On what grounds would any lawsuit be appropriate based on the above? With your years of legal education I'm sure you will be able to explain.

All these "Puppy Mill" complaints are ridiculous. This website is useless.
Holy crap! If I worked for Marriott I would keep emailing you all day long just for the entertainment value!

You are possibly insane...

You are compaining about how you were treated after finding money on the ground. Oh my god, I will never go to a circle K again based on your experience!

Haha...You people think this website actually does something? I love the internet!

1. You were delayed due to a Presidential visit not Allegiant's fault. It doesn't take much common sense to figure this out.

2. You missed your flight because you were late. Guess what, everyone has a reason why they are late and they always think it's more important than the other persons excuse. Where do you draw the line? If the airline says 60 minutes should that really mean 30 minutes? By purchasing you agreed to their terms and conditions.

3. I fly Allegiant quite a bit. It clearly states the charges for baggage. To claim ignorance of this fact is no excuse. The pricing is clearly displayed on the website. Their base fares are very low then you select the extra services that you require. Once again, read the terms and conditions.

Now you go online and bad-mouth the airline based on your errors in judgement? Then you demand a refund?

Good job champ!
Once again another clueless person that didn't read the T&C's then complains when things don't work out. How can anyone possibly take you seriously when you caused all of your own problems?

Try this on another airline and see what happens...
So you didn't read your paperwork...

Enough said.
There is not one real complaint throughout this entire letter. It's all a matter of opinion about employees and their attitudes.

By reading this you can just see how this person was looking for service failure. To take the time to video tape others and their behavior shows that this person made no attempt to enjoy a vacation.

Working in the hospitality industry you see people like this every day. Many times a complaint is because we truly did not meet someones expectations. I understand this happens and try to perform service recovery with the guest. Then there are people like this that desparately try to find a reason to complain. I can tell from the tone of this letter that from the beginning of the cruise there would be no way to satisfy this person. She made the entire trip a disaster for her own group. It's a shame when someone like this ruins a trip for a group.

I travel around the world teaching hospitality management and service recovery. Visiting this site is a fun way to vent. Read my posts... I regularly call people out on the stupid crap they post. Sure it is disrespectful, but people like this don't deserve the time that they demand from restaurant, hotel, cruise, and airline managers

So if I understand this correctly...

It's Royal Caribbean's fault your flight was cancelled? Since when do they fly?

It's Royal Caribbean's fault that French authorities prevented your arrival due to swine flu? I didn't know a cruise company had this kind of power!

Whatever...
Great suggestion Sue280!

Let make matters worse by also ruining their already fragile economy. I mean why not...Theirr homes and businesses are gone, let's take away jobs too.

You are entitled to your opinion because this is America and brave Marines like the OP are here to protect you. But in my opinion you couldn't be more wrong on this issue.

Have a nice day.

Dude you had numerous noise complaints. You partied until 5:30am. I would have kicked you out too.

However, as a hotelier I can tell you that they had no right to charge your card. If they don't remove the charge you should dispute it with your bank. The hotel will not be able to back up the charges and will have to remove them.

Stay at a Comfort Suites next time if you just want to party.

Hey brain surgeon... Did you even read the original post? Some [censored]bag is complaining about how they were treated after finding money on the ground.

This has nothing to do with your daughter and some manager having a relationship.

Get real...
I don't understand people.

If your luggage doesn't arrive because it is "lost" why do poeple expect a person standing at a computer in an airport to know exactly where it's located? Wouldn't this mean that the luggage isn't lost at all if someone knows where it is located.

Intelligent travelers know to pack the important items in their carry on just in case somethin gets routed incorrectly.

Things happen, get over it. Why do you feel like this is a personal attack against you?

You probably shouldn't travel at all. This just seems way too difficult for you.
What is "costumer" service? Did you buy a halloween costume?
