Hi Amir, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. This doesn't sound Ideal to us. If the booking with us only included your flights to Paris the baggage should have been collected at Charles de Gaulle Airport to check it again with the following airline. We also, aim to operate our flights as scheduled, however, sometimes flight operations may be impacted by e.g. weather, technical reasons, government restrictions or other reasons. We understand you are looking for a cash refund and we wish there was more we could do for you. However, Travel Bank credits cannot be refunded.

If you opt to have the refund credited to your travel bank, you should be informed by the team. In addition, the validity of the travel bank has also been extended. If you don't have any travel plans, the credit does give you the flexibility to purchase tickets for anyone for any flights across our network. You can make a booking for any date in the future as long as the credit is used before it expires and the ticket will be valid for another year from the date of issue. Thank you. *Ann
