Hi Samya, I'm afraid travel bank credits cannot be refunded. However, all travel bank credit due to expire between 01 May and 29 September 2022 has been extended until 30 September 2022.

You may use this credit for future travel or to purchase ancillaries such as seats, excess baggage or upgrades. Additionally, this can be used not just for yourself but for future travel of a family member or friend as well. Hopefully, you will be able to use before it expire. *Ann

Travel Bank credit is non refundable. You can make a booking as early as 11 months in advance and the ticket will be valid for another year from the date of issue. You may use this credit for future travel or to purchase ancillaries such as seats, excess baggage or upgrades. Additionally, this can be used not just for yourself but for future travel of a family member or friend as well.

Hi there, thanks for bringing that to our attention. A change in your flight is not pleasant and we totally understand that. Usually when a misconnection happens due to a flight delay we accommodate the guests to the alternative flight to their destination, I've also checked the minimum connection time for the international flights through Brussels and I see that it is 50 Minutes. If the layover time after the delay was less than the minimum connection time after the delay. Please send us more details on: https://www.etihad.com/en-ae/help/feedback. Hi Nazia, I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive the baggage upon arrival. If you've reported that to the team at the airport, you can check the status of tracing your bag through our delayed baggage tracer: http://www.worldtracer.aero/filedsp/ey.htm, you may also click on contact your airline to call the relevant team at the station of your arrival.

However, I can see that you have two PIR numbers, one for AMS was raised through Royal Dutch Airlines, and the other one was raised through Air Arabia, hence you will need follow up on that with them for further updates on your bags. As International regulations require that the airline with whom the property irregularity report has been filed will follow through, taking full responsibility for the passenger claim. This is regardless of which Airline may be ultimately responsible for the mishandling. This does not mean we are complacent about mishandled baggage. *Kal
