Hi Sarah, I am sorry to hear you did not arrive in time for your flight. Have you tried calling our Contact Centre for assistance? One change should be permitted free of cost to travel within 7days of the original scheduled date, however I am not sure if this will apply since you have missed the flight in the first place. Please find all the phone numbers here, and give them a quick call for that: https://www.etihad.com/en/help/contact-us.
Refunds would be as per ticketed fare rules. *Sky

Hi Shahad, thanks for reaching out to us. I can see that the flight is completely fine, however as the ticket is a FlyNas one, you might not be able to manage the booking on the app. You will only be able to add the excess baggage at the airport. *Sky

Hi Mihai. Thank you for letting us know regarding this. Baggage usually passes through different areas of the aircraft and airport, so sometimes this may happen. Hope this will not be the case next time you travel with us. *Sky
Hi Anupam, we would have to agree with the Call Centre team, as that is the procedure for booking flights without a last name. When the family name is not available, we would need to enter the given/first name in the last name field, and the given name as FNU (First Name Unknown). LNU must not be used in the name field. *Sky
