Hi there, if you booked your ticket before the 31st of Jan, your baggage allowance remains the same as the old baggage rules, only those tickets booked after the 31st of Jan are applicable to the 40kg. This is stated clearly on our website. Thank you. *Rose

Hi Jemsheer, our excess baggage starts from 2 kg only. That means even if you only exceeded 1 kg you would need to buy 2 kg excess baggage. Therefore the money can't be refunded. *Marc

Regarding the baggage allowance we can see that your mother had an allowance of 30 kg so it does not matter how many pieces she brought, but if she exceeded the maximum weight so that excess baggage had to be paid. Hi Pranav, we are sorry to hear about your bag. If your baggage is damaged you should claim it at the airport baggage services. You are only able to claim the damage online within 6 days from the time of your arrival. In this case we are not able to assist you further. *Marc

How many pieces of luggage did you have with you?

We recommend you contact Jet Blue to complaint as they only checked your baggage until AUH instead of your final destination KRT.
