I did the same thing. I had ordered this thinking it would only cost me $1.95 and on March 6th 2009, I notice $60+ was taken off my visa. Well, let me tell you, I didn't sit back and take this lightly. I called them to cancel. The guy told me that I already passed the 10 day period of being able to be refunded and after yelling at him saying I didn't know there was going to be a future payment nor would there be a 10 day refund period, I mentioned I was going to contact the Federal Trade Commission and have them deal with it. I guess that made him nervous (I can't forget to add in that I was hung up on 3 times before this conversation) and he put it in my "file." The next time I called about 2 weeks later when I noticed no change to my visa, the woman told me it was a "computer technical problem" and my money was "accidentally" taken out. She guaranteed a refund of the missing money in 5 to 7 days. Well, again after not seeing any change on my visa, I called back and another woman told me she would put my inquiry through to the accountant. Well, I lost it saying I was told I would be refunded and I'm tired of calling them constantly to get back the money that is mine. She finally said that I would be refunded within 24 hours. I am now waiting until tomorrow to see if there is any change. If there isn't, I will immediately contact the Federal Trade Commission and make a complaint. I had to do this once before for Pedipaws because they had sent me not 1 but 2 orders that I had previously cancelled.

Do not be fooled by these idiots into thinking you can't do anything because you can.

Go to emillionaire.com and click on the support button. There is a number that you can call to speak with them. Let them know you didn't authorize any future payments and you demand your money back. Tell them you will speak with the Better Business Bureau and contact the Federal Trade Commission. I would definitely seek council and see what your options are. They can't be allowed to continue to take advantage of innocent people. I managed to catch it in time when they did that to me and I threatened them with the above and they are now saying they will refund me within 24 hours. We'll see if it actually happens and if I need to take further action.

I'm in the processes of trying to get my money back as well. I was just called by someone from Emillionaire not even a second ago and when I told them how upset I was and that I was not going to stand for it, I was hung up on. Well, I guess they forgot to block their number because this is the number they called from: [protected]. I've been calling this number constantly since he hung up. First it rang forever and no one answered. Now I'm getting a busy signal. At least now I have a number to call and I encourage you all to do the same.

I apologize, the company information as listed at the beginning of this complaint is not correct. eMillionaire is located in the United States. That information that I have there, is where I am from.

$47.00 USD which came to $62.08 I believe Canadian. They've sent me the email stating that I would be refunded in 24 hours but of course that hasn't happened yet. There's been no change to my credit card but my bank is disputing it and will be dealing with the bank that eMillionaire deals with to get my money back. My bank said I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to hear back from them whether or not they were successful. Nobody cares about the interest that we're paying on these balances owing.

What I'm going to do is write to Brock Felt (if he even exists) and send him a bill of my own for my cell phone minutes used in contacting them and being put on hold for long periods of time and also the interest accumulated on my credit card. I don't expect anything from it but I'd like to let him know that we aren't just going to sit back and take this crap. I think I'll give his address to some people and see how funny he thinks it is when he gets a bunch of hate mail.

That's what I'm talking about. Finally got my refund.. Only took 1 month and 2 days. Don't give up and think you can't get refunded. Go after them!

I would call them and demand a refund as you were not informed of any further fees. Keep on them and don't give up. If you are annoying enough, they will give in. When I spoke to them, I told them that I was not going to get off the phone until they sent me an email telling me I was getting a refund. Once they say you will, Visa can dispute the charges and what that means is they will contact the bank that the business deals with and resolve it that way. I told them I knew it was a scam and I threatened them with the Trade Commission, the FBI Internet Crime and the Better Business Bureau.

It took a month for me to be refunded but I called them constantly and refused to take no for an answer. Don't give up!

Also, don't believe when they say they will put it through to their accountant or that you will get a refund. Demand an email from them saying that. When they just tell you that over the phone, as soon as you get off, they don't do anything about it. Keep on it and demand what is rightfully yours.

Alesia, check out that link I posted about your comment. I've described there what I did to get my refund. Don't believe anything they tell you. Just keep calling and annoying them and demanding a refund and they will eventually give in.

Call your credit card and explain to them what they're doing to you and the run around they are giving you. They can dispute the charges to your CC and your CC company will contact the bank that emillionaire uses and get your money back that way. Call emillionaire and tell them you will take legal action if this continues.

They did the same to me. I got my refund and then the next month, after telling me they had cancelled the account and I would not be charged again, they charged me again. I called freaking on them and demanded a refund and said I would take legal action against them if they did it again as they already said it wouldn't happen. So far, so good.
