They told me that the office was closed and that they would take a message for me. But after three calls, I still haven't heard back from anyone about my claim.

Honestly, I don't even know what to do at this point. I can't give them a good review, that's for sure. I'm just really frustrated with the whole situation. I mean, I paid for this service and now I can't even get anyone to help me when I need it. It's just not right.

He had all the info I needed and we got the order done without any hiccups. I gotta say, Mark was a real nice guy and I'm happy to do business with him.

We went to the customer's house like they asked, fixed the problem, and charged them $304.04 for labor and parts. The customer paid $85, which left a balance of $219.04. And that's when the real trouble started.

And when you call their number, you don't even get to talk to a real person. It's just an answering service that sends your message to the claims department. We've left so many messages, asking for a supervisor to call us back, but we've never heard a thing. And don't even get me started on the "Chat" button on their website. It doesn't even work!

Honestly, we've recommended a lot of home warranty companies to our customers over the years, but we would never recommend Priority Home Warranty to anyone. They're just not worth the hassle. And we're definitely not going to take any more jobs from them. It's just not worth the headache.

He kept insisting that I give him my bank account number so that I could purchase their warranty plan. I told him that I needed to talk to my husband first before making any major purchases, but he wouldn't take no for an answer.

He kept on about how I could get a full refund if my husband decided he didn't want it, but I still wasn't comfortable giving out my bank account information without discussing it with my husband first. Mark even went as far as to tell me that the price would go up if I waited two hours to talk to my husband. He said that the price would increase from $735.00 for 15 months to $890.00 for 12 months.

I finally had to hang up on him because he just wouldn't take no for an answer. I understand that he was just doing his job, but I didn't appreciate the pushiness. It made me feel uncomfortable and like I was being pressured into something that I wasn't ready for.

Overall, I think that Priority Home Warranty could benefit from training their sales representatives to be a bit less pushy and more understanding of their customers' needs. While I appreciate the effort to make a sale, I don't think that it should come at the expense of making the customer feel uncomfortable or pressured.

I signed up a few months back, and their "agent" convinced me to pay the yearly fee upfront through PayPal, then pay monthly to PayPal. I filed a claim for some work on my kitchen faucet, and they made me pay my service fee upfront, which I've never had to do before.

After several days, no one called me back, so I called them again. They told me they'd assign another repair company, but it's been several weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything. I tried calling the company, but the number is disconnected, and their website doesn't work. They have all my money, and I'm left with a broken faucet.

Honestly, I think they're a bunch of thieves. They're completely dishonest and disreputable. I've filed complaints with the AG's offices in MI and FL and with the BBB, but it's frustrating that they're still allowed to operate.

I wouldn't recommend Priority Home Warranty to anyone. They're a complete waste of time and money.
