I've been dealing with Euro Resales for over 4 years now, and I gotta say, I haven't received a single update from them. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And don't even get me started on their marketing. It's like they don't even put any thought into it. It's just awful. The service is just terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
