Printique's Email Gift Card: A Total Letdown with Terrible Customer Service
So, I was really excited to order a $200 email gift card from Printique. I mean, who wouldn't be? But, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The gift card was supposed to be delivered today, but it never arrived. I tried emailing them, but I haven't gotten a response yet. And get this, when I tried calling, their phone line said they were closed! What kind of company is closed during business hours?
I'm so frustrated because email gift cards are supposed to go right away. I don't know what's going on with Printique, but it's not good. I mean, I was trying to do something nice for someone and now I have to file a dispute with American Express to get my money back. Ugh, it's just such a hassle.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Printique to anyone. Their communication is terrible and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
