On Jan 31st I ordered 12 bottles of Buffalo Trace bourbon. My credit card was charged. Per the website they were supposed to ship 02/09. To date they have not shipped, there is no shipping information available. I have communicated several times through their "contact" information and more recently using email. NO REPLY AT ALL. I tried the number provided here and the call could not be completed.
