Ordered a flower arrangement and a teddy bear for $108.97. They called to say they did not have all the type of flowers and would be using different ones. The recipient received a totally different arrangement and a different teddy bear. The quality was poor and the customer service even worst! They refused to issue a partial refund although pictures were sent, both of the online ad and what was received. It is false advertisement! Do not purchase from them. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Recommendation: Do not purchase, beware!
