Absolute Aluminum was so organized in this whole process of removing and installing an entire lanai cage for us. Their work crew was courteous, on time and left our lanai and yard spotless! The only glitch was a two week delay because of a shortage of materials due to Covid. We highly recommend Absolute Aluminum.

The most professional and dependable company I've had the pleasure to be served by. They clearly laid out in advance the phases and milestones of the job, and completed all of them as scheduled. The various coordinators and servicemen involved were all informative and friendly. I could not have been more pleased.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. From start to finish they were very professional and great communicators. They leave nothing to chance, all aspects are carefully and thoughtfully planned out. They even send a quality control person out upon completion of the job before they call the county to finalize the permit. Very impressive!

Absolute Aluminium was great from start to finish. Mark Williams explained the process and offered options that fit our criteria. We were scheduled for our screened in lanai and kept informed at all times for our install/completion date. Installer Rich was on time for both days, very efficient and professional. He also cleaned up the work area when finished. Altogether a very satisfying experience with Absolute Aluminium. We will be customers again in the near future.

Very inflexible. Tried to get quote for lanai cage replacement. At first, they agree to survey the property and meet via FaceTime. Then called me to take that off the table and the phone call seemed very abrupt. No consideration for us trying to line up business remotely. You would think with COVID and us not returning until October, they would encourage our approach. They will only work with you if you meet face-to-face. The guy kept quoting it as policy. Where is the A+ customer service?

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs gutters. I extended my lanai gutter each side which is a special order 'super gutter'. I also added oversized gutters to the rest of my house. The experience was great from the beginning with the sales rep and quote. The work was preformed by a very professional crew and the workmanship was excellent. A couple weeks after install another member of the team showed up to inspect the work and ask if I had any concerns. I am a very happy homeowner.

I had my lanai enclosed to create an all weather room. I had no problems with their communications, they were always on point. There were a few issues with the door glass, cut too long, they placed plexiglass until the new glass arrived, so it took a few extra weeks to get the door fixed. Also some issues with the locks on the windows, but after 2 tries it was fixed, and now works perfectly. All in all it was a longer process than was promised and anticipated but the final job is ok. I will recommend them to my friends.

Would highly recommend. Communication with you is constant keeping you aware of completion schedule for each phase. Response to inquiries within one day. The actual process so closely follows the anticipated schedule. Contact any level of personnel and you will get a timely response. Everyone working at our home was courteous and maintained a commendable work ethic. Compliments to the design team as well - ours was not a standard square - and it looks great! When completed, quality control review will address any concern you may have, if you have one.

What a great company! From the initial call for an estimate to the completed job; two thumbs way up! Every aspect of the process including communication is top notch. The owner/founder is easily accessible via email or phone if required. Rest assured, it won't be required. One of the key things that make Absolute Aluminum such a great company is obviously the employees. Sean, our installer, has been with AA for over 15 years which is tantamount to great service. He does a great job and enjoys his work. Give AA a call. Remember, you get what you pay for!

AA did a great job on our lanai. We liked the professionalism from beginning to end. Our job consisted of adding a concrete slab to extend our lanai and enclose it. We initially hired AA to enclose the lanai and tried to save a couple of thousands by having a smaller contractor handle the concrete slab. The little guy went missing before he even started working on the job (glad we didn't give him a downpayment). So we decided to have AA handle the entire project and, even though we paid more for the concrete, our headaches went away and Absolute Aluminum did a phenomenal job. Dauris and the rest of the workers make sure everything was done to our liking.

5-Star Experience - Lanai The team at Absolute Aluminum was fantastic to work with all the way from the initial sales meeting throughout the close out of the project. Their ability to communicate during all phases of the process was refreshing and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I never felt pressured during the initial sales meeting, I was kept informed during the fabrication phase, and installation appeared to be flawless. The team that came out to my house to install the lanai was professional, courteous, and highly skilled and took the time to explain the assemble process and duration to complete. They worked through rain and shine to completed on time and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend Absolute Aluminum, they aren't the cheapest, but their professionalism and ability to communicate is well worth the experience. - Scott C

I would recommend this business absolutely. They replaced all of the screens in our pool cage. First, they communicated the process, schedule, and what both parties were to expect throughout the experience. We received a competitive and comprehensive bid and a tentative schedule period. They advised us of what we needed to do to prepare our property (move the plants from the screen), and accurately represented how long it would take. Although, it took a wee bit longer, the crew was very polite and professional and kept us informed about the extra time required. The crew did a nice clean up job and the screens look great. Our only disappointment was a broken sprinkler head that no one told us about it. Otherwise, we were very happy with the professionalism and the work, especially now when good and reasonable contractors are hard to find. We will use them again.

The worst! Absolute Aluminum did not tell me that the cage needed re-fastening, re-screening and re-painting. The better option with all of these needs would be a new cage. They did the re-fastening and then told me that all the screens needed re-placing. They never mentioned the re-painting need. Some of the re-screening came apart within weeks of being done and they left the old rusty "guy" wire plates and a large gap for rodents to get into the the cage. If this is superior quality than I am a giraffe. It also turns out that they were absurdly higher priced than the other quotes. I used them based on their prior reputation. They are not what they once were. They should be ashamed of themselves for ridiculously high prices and extremely poor quality and not accurately representing the work that was needed. They only told a "cheaper" version of what was needed to get the job. Later they shared that more work was needed. This is far from ethical.

We recently purchased a new cage structure including a pergola and outdoor kitchen from Absolute Aluminum. The installation of the cage structure did not get off to a good start with framework being installed even though it was not lining up correctly. Installation continued while conversations, phone calls, site visit and email with the construction supervisor, client relations manager, and others were taking place. Chris who was to install the roofing system for the pergola came onsite and immediately noticed the issues with the cage and ensured us that everything would be corrected and installed per design. Chris and his team along with Tim who installed the kitchen equipment gave us a whole new appreciation for Absolute Aluminum and your company's ability to install what was sold. Both Chris and Tim teams performed an excellent job, their knowledge and dedication to their jobs were very obvious along with their professionalism, talent and work ethic. We will forever be thankful to them for turning a dream into an amazing reality! It is drop dead gorgeous along with being functional 365 days a year with the pergola over the kitchen. Thanks guys you are the best!

They may have been good at one point, but their customer service is so poor right now that even giving them a break for Covid, I have to rate them one star. I signed a contract in April with an estimated start date of June that was pushed to July. In July I got a state date and wrote my large check. That's when the problems started. I started getting messages that a crew would arrive the next week, then the next day. No one showed. I called and my messages went unanswered. I finally sent an email to a number of people, including the owner, asking for my large payment back until they could give me a firm start date. They agreed, but didn't send the money. Then they sent a new start date. That was two days ago. They did have the curtesy to call me and say they weren't going to make it the first day. Today they called at 5 to say they weren't coming and couldn't come in the morning. I'm not at all concerned that this has taken so long. I understand the challenges they are operating under. But the communication has been horrible. It clearly is system driven and I am very concerned that their contract is all in their favor and they hold my money. If I ever get a new cage, it may be wonderful. This company still won't get a better review because the experience is important, too, and it has been stressful and the opposite of customer focused. Steer Clear.

I'm not the type to write a review, however the entire experience I had with Absolute Aluminum compels me to write one and most definitely I will refer friends, family and acquaintances to them.

From our first meeting with Sony the sales rep, I was impressed not only with his knowledge of the products but also how customer orientated he was. He reviewed our plans, offered good suggestions and gave us a detailed outline of the entire process from start to finish. I was impressed how well the company had all the various procedures laid out.

When we went to the Absolute Aluminum facility to pick out stone and receive our estimate, I could not help notice how the company portrayed their employees. This to me indicated that the owners/management of Absolute Aluminum believes a company is only as good as the employees it has. I had a feeling that this company has a good relationship with its employees and treats them with respect and recognizes them as an asset.

I feel we were right and made a good decision in hiring Absolute Aluminum. My wife and I were both very impressed with the entire process, the professionalism, the customer friendly service, and espcially the workers were all genuine top notch, friendly and their workmanship was eceptional. They appeared to us, to all have one thing in common, do the best job possible to satisfy the customer and that they did. This I felt was coming from their relationship with the compnay "the lead by example attitude" Treat employees well and they will treat customers well.

I personally want to thank Sony, Ed, Chandler, Steve, Matt your office staff, the schedulers etc. and even your sub-contractors Prime Pavers all for a job well done.

Absolute Aluminum was hired by us in May to put in a paver patio and cage. They said it would take 6 months because of COVID, but we were cool with that because they came highly recommended. They said it would be done by November , which was perfect for the holidays. But then in September, they said it would be done by January 31, 2022. We were still cool with that, but then on January 3, they said it would be done in mid-February. This is not cool at all, especially since they have most of our money! We can only talk to them by email and it's hard to get a hold of them unless we post on social media. We want them to finish by January 31, 2022 like they said they would.

I got a lanai enclosure from Absolute Aluminum in Jan 2018. They say it has a 5 year warranty. The sales guy told me to get acrylic windows instead of glass because they're cheaper. I moved to Venice FL from RI in Sept 2017 and didn't know much about Florida weather. I have two problems with the enclosure: 1. The acrylic windows warped and now they don't work right. They get messed up when I try to open or close them. Absolute Aluminum knew what I was using the product for. If they knew the windows would warp, they should have told me to get something else. 2. Absolute Aluminum will say that I "signed" something that said the windows might warp. But they never talked to me about it and the writing was hard to find in the agreement. If someone had told me the windows would stop working, I wouldn't have bought them. They didn't give me enough info and they were sneaky.
