This company just seems to have very shady recruiters. I was contacted by a recruiter for a position.
I passed all the assessment tests and was told I would be called back. No one really called me back, and I continued calling them. Finally, I was called by one girl, who seemed to almost be giggling on the phone and not taking it seriously- she said they had a training, then they needed an interview--it was strange and didnt seem professional at all. She was asking 20 questions and seemed to want to take up all my time- it was strange. I know I was more than qualified for the position and it seems to be one of those places that mass hires people for call center work. The recruiter, seemed to be either dodging me or just messing around. Again, no one called me back. I called another recruiter and she said the other recruiter was handling my case now- again strange. Then, she didnt know what was going on and said she'd call me and didn't. Then I received a letter that I wasn't accepted for employment. None of it made sense as I had passed everything for an interview and the recruiter just seemed really bad in my opinion. Ive dealt with companies/situations like this, where the recruiters just seem to discriminate for no reason and not give people chances, who should be getting them- and this seemed like the case here…it seemed like a very unprofessional shady recruiting process where they wanted to just mess with people rather than hire them…
the girl was also kind of giggling as if she wasn't serious and asking a ton of questions, then her statements were inconsistent and made no sense...she said they'd have to do a phone interview, then an in person interview, and asked me about a training class. This is a place that has open houses regularly and probably hires lots of people like a cattle call call center type place...just watch otu for this place and the idiots who run the recruiting department- they give people the run around, can't give them straight answers and behave in unprofessional ways that make no sense
