Power Acoustik Rzr1-2500d - 2500 watt car amplifier. Warrantee division of power acoustik

I purchased a Power Acoustik amplifier from WalMart but I misplaced my receipt. So before ever contacting the folks at Power Acoustik I returned to WalMart with the debit card i used and I cut the UPC Code off of the box of the amp. The staff at WalMart scanned my debit card and the UPC Code and pulled up the transaction right away. For whatever reason they could not print me a copy of the receipt. They gave me the order/transaction number from the original receipt they had on file and told me that number is proof of purchase.

I filled out the form Power Acoustik provides to submit a warranted claim. I clearly explained my situation to them and asked the question "Would the Order # suffice as proof of purchase as WalMart staff stated that it would?"

So, for no less than three separate Emails and two different employees, the folks from Power Acoustik have acted like i never asked them a question about the order #. They reply with the stock answer that without proof of purchase they cannot help me. I was told by their seller that the number i provided to P.A. was proof of purchase. So I've been trying to get them to confirm or deny this information. So far they have refused to say a simple yes, or no! I cannot imagine that P.A. is not simply just giving me a very hard runaround. They act as if they haven't read a single email that ive sent. Just the exact same stock answer which does not answer my question. It's not rocket science it's simple english, and comprehension. They seem unable to understand, or just don't care. I was told the number i provided "is proof of purchase" The customer service at P.A. refuse to confirm or deny this statement. Honestly this is the most ridiculous situation I've ever been in with any customer service. It's like i'm talking to brick walls, so much so that it must be intentional.

Desired outcome: I just need for them to answer my question of whether the number I provided, given to me by their seller, is indeed proof of purchase as WalMart staff has stated to me.

Power Acoustik pdn 626b

I purchased a Head unit PDN 626B from Sonic Electronix which is manufactured by Power Acoustik back in Sept 2017. While the unit is working, I'm unable to update the gps maps as their appears to be a problem with the sd-card and the card has some sort of encryption on it with the license agreement, so I can't just use another sd card. Neither Sonic E or Power is willing to help and I've been getting the run around from both companies for months. Pretty much now I'm stuck with a nav unit that can't be updated.

Power Acoustik Bad Company / no good warranty

I ordered a Power Acouctik car amp from them on line and paid for it, A week later they said that they don't have it and can't get it. So they said they can give me one like it, i said ok due because a week went by and they had my money.The amps come over a week later. It took me over a month to get the money to get it installed, I got it installed it worked for about 2 months and stopped working. I contacted them and they sent me a link to the manufacturer a few days later after a few emails to them.The manufacturer said that they would not honor the 1 year warranty because Autotoys was not a authorized dealer for their product. I contacted Autotoys again and they sent me the same email back with a attitude and said that they told me what to do. So i sent them another email with a copy of the email the manufacture sent me. Autotoys said that they were a authorized dealer threw a 3rd party and that their warranty was for only 3 months due to beening a 3rd party seller and that i was past the 3 months so it's my problem. If i knew that up front i would have ordered the amp threw the manufacturer for the same price so i can get the full 1 year warranty.Also the amp was last years model that they sent me don't even make it anymore .It did not state this anywhere on their website about 3 party or last years models . This company is a FRAUD with the worst customer service ever and they don't have anyway for you to talk to anybody .And their phones are disconnected or a recording stating to email them only. AGAIN VERY POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID.

I purchased one sub from Amazon and it lasted about a month and was professionally installed. I'm outside the return period for Amazon and I am left with a huge, useless basket. Is it possible to get this subwoofer re-coned using Power Acoustic's services? Best wishes for the new year!
