I want to believe them and give their company a higher rating, but something tells me they haven't deserved it yet.

They just decided to give their linkedin profiles and investors can contact each of them individually. But it's not right, I suppose. Please, provide more information about your specialists.
And one more thing they forgot is to provide detailed contact info. I can see an online form and an address. Surely, this fact you provided your address makes us glad, but it's definitely not enough. If this company is not a group of enthusiasts, then they definitely have to have customer service. It's always like that, I didn't invent it.
