I would like to have a formal request put to the manager of tour port Augusta site on Victoria parade. 03/01 I entered your store and was rudely served by a service attendant named Jessica. I am appalled and have never been treated so abruptly by anyone in customer service before! I travel too and from quite regularly and always stop at this site to get fuel as every other time I have been there has always been a great experience, but the last few months I'm assuming since she started has been the worst experience. I will not tolerate this behaviour and if this isn't dealt with with what processes you have in place, I will take it further with my local MP. As a customer I have rights and to be treated like this with not even a smile is something that management needs to discuss or further training in customer service may be required for Jessica. I will be following up my complaint and would like a response as to what has been done, I may only be a number to your company as a customer but 1 customer should always be treated with respect, despite how many people are in and out per day. Thank you
