Pollo Tropical review: Customer service

I have been transferred and hung up on multiple times. I was laughed at and also words (defamatory words) put in my mouth. I am not suppose to give the names of the individuals due to your outline that I can not give any personal information regarding these individuals. As the customer who needed to ask 2-3 simple questions regarding catering menu your staff would not answer without me giving all my info... Fake names given to me were Albert & Brian. Brian stated there was no Albert there. Extremely poor customer service questions they asked me

Why did they hang up open me? That would be a question for Albert or Brian I did not hang up on them so that's a bad question... makes no sense to ask me that.
