Pink Energy Solar panel system installed at my home

I had a system installed that has blown up 4 generac converts and they charged me for 32 panels and 20k for batteries that I never received. They even sent me paperwork to refund me for batteries if I removed bad review with the better business bureau. I sent the contract to a lawyer who sent it back and adviced me not to sign because of there claim against me hidden in the contract which basically said I would remove all bad reviews and if I dont I will refund the 20k plus their lawyer fees. I eas over charged and now I have no support. I just want this system gone. I told the lender to come get this equipment. I will file bankruptcy if I have to. I am not paying for something that does not work

Desired outcome: remove system so i can start over with a honest company i want to remove my carbon footprint

Pink Energy Powercell solar power

We have a system that is supposed to protect us from power outage. The battery is not charging. The system is saying we are pulling from the panels but only the HVAC system is running off and on and twice the amount is pulling from the grid. It is a sunny day with no clouds. When the battery was getting full and the power went out, it did not send any power into the house. Also, we were told it would all but alleviate a power bill. Not only has it not done that but after 12 months our solar loan will go up.

Desired outcome: Fix the problem or take the system and bill back.

Pink Energy Solar panel install damages to property

Pink Energy had caused extensive damages to our roof and inside resulting in mold and mildew damage from major roof leaks. They did not remove and replace all damaged areas. They hired Hitman Construction to do the roof repairs which was a new roof. They hired Impact Disaster Services to do the damage repairs, which was to initially remove half of the upstairs ceilings, insulation, treat all wood for mold, inspect the other half of the house attic for leak damages, and replace with new. Pink Energy did not pay the general contractor (Impact Disaster Services) all money, which led to the Insulation company hired as a sub (Carroll Insulation) to not get paid. They are now pursuing a mechanics lien. Since August we had a faulty solar panel system stop working and had to pay a contractor to replace two burnt fuses in the battery compartment. We need help with this lien and also the faulty computer board and snap r s cables all replaced. The system does not work as well as ever promised. The remaining damages still have not been paid for to be repaired. The lien $3,738.29 was filed on 11/28/22 by the insulation company mentioned. This is the only lien we have so far because of Pink Energy not paying their hired contractors. Can someone help us to the right direction?

Desired outcome: Pay me $3,738.29 on lien, pay me the Impact Disaster Services money owed $5,163.79 for his last payment left unpaid, and $9,438.19 additional

Pink Energy 40 Panel doesnt work at all and paying $33,231.59 balance of $35,400

Purchased a 30 panel system 8/29/18 for $35,400 and it never worked right. Added 10 more panels in 2020 and it still didnt help cause system doesnt work right. They lie thru there teeth too. Told us we would save 93-96% on electric bills. I was told when i did my taxes I would recieve a check for $10,600 to pay toward my solar which was lie. I was told that panels run about 44 degree so work perfectly in winter which is lie. I refianced 5/11/22 not aware of what was going on to try to get paid off and not owe for rest of my life. This is killing me paying for solar and full electric bills! Very dishonest company I would assume my panels are all faulity cause dont work at all.

Desired outcome: I would atleast like a system that does what they said which would probably mean to replace faulity panels. I have panels on brand new roof but wish they would have never been put back up. Im stuck with $33k loan and they dont work at all.

Pink Energy (Pink Energy) & Power Home Solar Photo Voltic 15 Panel Solar System, with Generac Inverted and backup battery.

System initial Install Date May 12, 2021. Long Delays and negative actions, inspections, interconnect permit requests, delays with utility company Net meter install to Solar system actually online August 12, 2021.

Weeks later The System was still not fully functional and is partially up with 7 of 15 panels working. The system is in PVRSS ERROR. STATES ON PANEL PV LINK ERROR S2502. TECH. SUPPORT COMING ON AUG. 12, 2022, TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE RS801 with the RS802.

On Aug. 12, 2022, date noted by the Installer / Technician and Generac Tech. that a PVLINK and one solar panel are still defective and will need to be replaced.

The system was still not correct in Identifying what's actually there. The system is not functioning properly or at all, identifying low Sun message.

Now, appointment for Sept. 15th was scheduled back in August to replace the PVLINK and one SOLAR panel AT no CHARGE to finish the job. I called on Sept 13th, to confirm date for Sept. 15th, between 3pm - 6pm, and case #[protected]. No Tech. showed, no Agent phone call, nothing. CUSTOMER CARE!? TERRIBLE! I'm the customer, very disrespectful, no courtesy or confirmation calls. Not any way to run a business, never a quality control check from the very onset, to see how the system is running or not.

In addition, we have been pushed to Competitor Company to restore, replace and remedy the above situation at my expense, which I was told will now take another 3 - 4 months to correct! Await that phone for appointment.

Pink energy going out of business, TO PINK ENERGY CEO Jayson Waller, and GENERAC PRESIDENT Keith Merritt, characters on display, shameful, step up, "Dear Valued Customer" you both state in your letters, if you believe this, or are they just buzzwords to appease? You owe us all as a customer(s) and as a clean energy proponent to get this resolved at your expense.

Furthermore, I have an electric bill every month, except for May since this system went live. Where is my compensation and financial relief I expected, for the monies paid, for the lack of energy production promised your Sales and marketing Reps. by this system and solar energy? Which was to offset my electric bill by going solar.

The electric bills for the past months. Which I would like reimbursement for lack of solar energy production for the following months below. I'm now paying $185.87 to Sunlight Financial monthly for this solar system plus electric bill every month which amounts to almost $400.00 a month and ongoing, not acceptable and not the intent when we opted to buy your solar system.Sept. 2022, $162.19, Aug. 2022 - $211.53, July 2022, $171.45, June 2022 $110.56, May 2022 - minus $9.76, April 2022-$76.15, March 2022-$123.24

Feb. 2022 - $211.65, Jan. 2022 -$139.84,

Desired outcome: Total-$1206.54, and compensation for only a partially working solar system to date.

Pink Energy Pink Energy

We had Powerhome Solar (now Pink Energy) install solar to our home in 2019. They have maintained any required repairs until 2022. We currently lost service in late July 2022. Pink cancelled several repair appointments just ahead of closing the business. Now Solar Edge (equipment manufacturer) has provided an approved technical support service company, however; we must pay labor cost, out of pocket to recover the service. We have not had solar restored yet and are looking for a way to recover the future maintenance costs that should fall under warranty.

Desired outcome: Labor cost to be included in the warranty

Pink Energy Solar Panels and installation

We had our panels installed and when the inspector came it failed inspection and they had to be moved 3 times. We then developed a leak in our roof with damage to our ceiling. I called for MONTHS to get this taken care of and I was able to finally get them to remove the panels so we could repair the roof which they told me they were paying for. We had to pay out of pocket to have the roof repaired and they have never reimbursed us for that nor have they come back to fix the interior damage to our ceiling.

I was sent the docusign with the "approval" for the money on the roof but never received anything.

I have called and emailed every number I can find with nothing.

Desired outcome: I want the reimbursement for both the roof and the repair of the ceiling which has yet to be done.I would like to hear from someone from the company.

Pink Energy Solar Power/ Generac Battery system

I called Pink Energy approximately one and one half months ago about the solar system not switching over to battery during a power outage, Technical people scheduled an appointment to fix system on Oct. 1st, no one showed up on Oct 1 nor did we recieve a call they were coming, we were home and available all that day. I have been calling for the past 2 days and only get a busy signal, either you have only one phone or that phone is inoperable. We overpaid $93,00.00 for this system and expect to be treated as a normal customer would be at any other business we have dealt with. Please fix immediately or remove your system from our home!

Desired outcome: Fix system or remove it and return our money.

Pink Energy Solar panels

We purchased solar panels from Power Solar. When we noticed our bills have increased we contacted Pink Energy to see what the cause was. After a couple of conversations with a couple of representatives they decided we needed more panels to produce the amount of solar energy that we paid for. They would be delivered to us and installed at no cost to us. However now, before we got our panels they shut the doors.

Desired outcome: The panels we were to receive installed and working properly or equivalent in money.

Pink Energy Solar Panels

We had the solar panels installed over a year ago and have had nothing but problems. They were supposed to be here for the 4th or 5th time last week but didn't show up. I tried to call but the number has been disconnected. I went online to see if they had another phone number and phone articles stating they have closed their doors and have laid off their employees. I'm filing a complaint with the TN Department of Consumer Affairs, as well.

Desired outcome: The company has apparently closed, so probably nothing can be done.

Pink Energy Solar system not working properly

I just want someone to return my emails and calls.

I have questions and after spending 55k, I should not be neglected.

I have had several visits from Pink Energy's service people, however they seem unqualified and my problems go unresolved.

The company came to replace the faulty Generac parts, however my system reads: ERROR

I am have to make payments of $190.00 per month on something that its working while paying the local utility company $200 each month or more.

Desired outcome: I need to know where do I go from here.My contract with this company was electronic and has been deleted.I have nothing but a draft that the finance company is taking out every month.

Pink Energy Destruction of sump pump discharge line when system was installed January 2022

this caused my sump pump to burn out and over 7 inches of water to accumulate in my inground crawl space in February 2022 as the sump pump discharge line was severed at the solar install line.

them water accumulation due to the destroyed line caused my underhouse heating and cooling ducts to come apart due to the excessive water accumulation in the crawl space

your company said to get estimates and they would take care of it as well as reimburse the initial outlay on my part to temporarily fix the issues at $700.00 approximately for the sump pump and $1100.00 drainage temp fix on the line

the estimates for the sump pump fix and clean up crawl space and treat for mold because the ground became totally saturated due to the severed line

at $3900.00 and $2900.00 for the duct work permanent fix

RECOMMENDED full encapsulation runs between $8500.00-15000.00

plus new duct system at $5000.00

your people finally offered $8400.00 and I said ok in mid June and signed a release at that time that stated the the release was in exchange for the funds

which you have NEVER sent

I was told by your Pinl energy person it would be next day aired within 48 hours of signing the release

then your sedgwick insurance person Mr Dippel said 10 days

It is now late September so really WTF?

this is regarding claim number 4A22051LMM7-0001

I have been far more than reasonable and far more than patient

please let me know what you intend to do Anne Schlegel [protected]

7114 E State Rd 28 Elwood In 46036

Desired outcome: so much time has elapsed that the estimates are approximately 10% higher than March 2022 when they were doneplease remit payment asap the next 20 days

Pink Energy solar panels don't work

solar panels don't work and it's not producing solar to the house also. I contacted pink energy numerous time the past 2 years. They also came out to fix the issues they say we keep having. But even after them coming to repair or change the faulting equipment's, it still doesn't work. And now they saying they no longer warranty Generac parts. But on the contract, it says 5-year warranties for us. But we were told it's a lifetime warranty by their salesperson. Now I'm paying $96,400 for a system that doesn't work.

Desired outcome: To remove to solar panels off my house and not still paying for a system that doesn't work

Pink Energy Solar Panels and Battery

We had our panels installed in December of 2020. It took months to have the company come out and take a look at our system despite multiple reports that something was wrong. We were repeatedly assured our system was working approximately. Our system has never produced the amount of energy proposed by then Power Home Solar now Pink Energy. We have been treated so poorly throughout this process. Once it became widely known in 2021 that there were issues, only then did they send someone out and it took months. We have been paying our energy bills plus the solar panels. We were provided a partial reimbursement for the time the panels were not producing in 2021, then told we would have to wait until 2022 before we could be reimbursed for the other months. At this point, they hadn’t fixed the panels so I thought this was fair and was assured I would be reimbursed. We began calling in 2022 and were told we would have to wait until 2023. I escalated the issue and instead of being helped, I was accused of attempting to extort money from Pink Energy. They provided me a copy of the report they ran before but now refuse to provide any report. The representative screamed at me that I was reimbursed in July of 2022 then after a ton of arguing on my part, he admitted he was looking at the wrong account. It would be one thing if this company were to make the issues we experienced right but instead they have avoided their responsibility. I cannot recommend doing business with this company. It’s a waste of money and they will not help you when you suffer from their mistakes.

Desired outcome: To be reimbursed for the months I was promised, contact from the company in writing containing a hard copy of their production analysis report, the recorded calls we have made.

We were assured that an inverter would be ordered within 1-2 days and a repair appointment scheduled promptly thereafter.

At 08:00 PM a text message was received stating “Hello this is PowerHome Solar. I am reaching out in regards to your last service. We’ve been informed by your service technician that additional service is needed for your system to work properly. We do have available appointments starting May 17th from 8am to 12 pm. Please respond to this message. Thanks and have a wonderful day!”

WE ARE LOSING MONEY EVERY DAY THAT OUR SYSTEM IS NOT OPERATIONAL. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JANUARY 11

AND THEY WANT US TO WAIT UNTIL MAY 17TH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Desired outcome: All this equipment is still under warranty. Fix the system promptly. This inverter can be purchased on line and shipped next day-we've checked. Also, we would like reimbursement for lost revenues from inoperable system.
