Had a prob for like 3 weeks now, can't get no one from High Definition Solar to come out and fix it. If y'all readin' this, come fix my [censored] already.

so I gotta say, I had a contract with High Definition Solar, Inc and they straight up didn't follow through with it. They said they made a mistake or whatever, but like, come on man, that's not cool. And on top of that, they were super rude when we tried to talk to them about it. Like, they don't even care about our time or anything. And get this, they think it's all good to just cancel the contract whenever they feel like it. Like, what kind of business is that? Don't even bother with these guys, trust me.

High Definition Solar, Inc is not good for star panel. They came to install the panels and made holes in my roof. Last winter, water came inside the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. I have been calling for 7 months to come and fix it, but they said they will be there, and until now, nobody showed up. I also found out that my panels are not producing enough energy, and my bill is increasing every year.

I bought the best solar system from High Definition Solar, Inc for a lot of money. They said they are more expensive because they will help me if something goes wrong. They installed it in October but it took them three weeks to fix the paperwork and set it up. One panel didn't work right from the start and another one stopped working after a few months. I called and called but they didn't help me. They said I had to talk to the installer. I finally talked to him in April, almost six months later. He said there was a problem and left. It's been three weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. I paid a lot of money and got no help. I'm going to sue them because they promised to help me but they didn't.

High Definition Solar has some good and bad things, but the worst part was the boss, Tim Netherton. The sales guy was cool, but he left before we even started. We had some trouble getting the plans from HD. We needed them early for our HOA to approve. Finally got them, but communication was bad and it took time to schedule the project. I found out our sales guy was gone and texted Tim, but he didn't answer. The project manager called me later. After the install, our HOA found out the installers did something not allowed. The project manager was mad when I told him. I texted Tim again, but he didn't answer. The HOA said the project manager's excuse was bad and we need a solution. I have conduit on my roof that our HOA won't allow and I don't know what to do. I texted Tim again, but he said I had the wrong number. I checked and it was his number. He got mad and said don't text again. I said I spent $20k and wanted to talk to the boss. He said he didn't care. He didn't help and doesn't care about customers. I hope the project manager can help. Our HOA has our deposit and we could get fines.

High Definition Solar, Inc. said our electric bills would be covered by solar, but that ain't the case. Our bills are higher than last year, almost $200/month! I reached out to them and they said they'd send someone to check the system, but no one came and now they won't answer my calls or texts. I want the right amount of panels installed for our energy use. SMUD said we only have half the amount we need. We were straight up lied to. Don't trust 'em.

I got a solar system from HDS 5 years ago. They said it would make *** kWh per year and save me money. But it never did that. The most it ever made was *** kWh for one month. Usually it only makes 24-28kWh per month. (*** kWh PER YEAR) I called them many times to check the system and see why it's not making enough power. They sent 1 guy to look at it for 10 minutes and then left. They never call back, even when I talk to the boss. They always have an excuse for not checking the system. This has been happening for 3 years now and they still haven't fixed it. They are really bad at customer service and I don't think they know how to make solar systems. I wouldn't tell anyone to use their company.
