I am a loyal customer from Kazakhstan. I ordered sanding bands (180 grit), but the seller sent the wrong product (80 grit), twice in a row.
I filed 5 refund complaints via Pinduoduo — all were either rejected, closed without action, or ignored.
Eventually, the platform approved a partial compensation of ¥99 — but the money was not refunded to my card, instead it was added to their internal wallet.
This violates my consumer rights and contradicts international refund standards. I paid by card and expect a card refund.
I also demand moral compensation for the time, stress, and the platform’s refusal to assist properly.
