Piece of Cake Moving review: Damage, destruction, theft

This is a horrible company and their employees stole my jewelry (over $8500 worth) 3 computers $7000 and destroyed lamps, mirrors, broke my console table, art, tables, my china cabinet, vintage liquors, glassware, stemware and utensils.
It was and has been a really horrific service experience with POC. 4 bedroom move from Fairfield County, CT to Chicago, IL. A complete fiasco, displaced boxes, items left behind, damaged furniture, lamps and the CX communications irrelevant to what is happening. Their CMO is also an owner as she is with their CEO as a couple. The packaged sealed and shipped a large box with my information that was filled with garbage.
Their sales people ; Peter Popovic & Dino - rude, demoralizing and disrespectful. This move started on the 28th of May and continued through June 7th where dozens of items were destroyed and damaged.. Lots of video and pictures. They issue Fake inventory lists so you cannot find your items because they will only note furniture, the QR codes are fake, they came with a truck too small for the job and and too small crew and abandoned the job. They left their equipment behind overnight saying they will come back and finish the job but never did. 12 dollys, tens of boxes, wrapping paper and rolls of tape. They increase the pricing 30% on the day of the move after loading boxes. The will gaslight you and have no accountability. Do not use this company for anything. Avoid them.
