On a side note, I am appalled at all the low ratings that customers have given this business in the last couple of months for not receiving their orders in a timely manner. Customers should be THANKING this NY based business and their employees for still coming to work during the Covid-19 crisis. Especially with how bad things have been in NY. I reside in CO, just ordered vitamins and felt compelled to write this after seeing all the recent negative reviews. Thank you for filling my order.

horrible customer service. started a return on 06/21. several emails sent and no solution as yet. i ordered a hair care product and cannot use it, walmart cannot take returns as yet on beauty products but initiated the return for me. i understand staff is working from home due to covid but that's not an excuse for not responding to emails within a week. All i need is a shipping label so i can send it back.. i did receive an email response about 4 weeks ago but never a follow up, asking me again for the order number etc., generic information.

Ordered two bottles of lotion. Lids were unscrewed and lotion was all over the inside of the shipping box and the bottles. The person who "lovingly packaged" my items needs to find a job that requires less brain power.

Fraudulent advertising practices. Worst company I have ever done business with. Completely unresponsive. Advertised "Package of 12" medical canisters. I placed order and they sent me 1 (ONE) canister. I emailed the seller and have receive automated responses that they are busier than usual. It has been 10 days and still no resolution or acceptable response from a real person.
Sold hair mask as NEW but sent a used product. I wrote a few nice emails but never got a response so now I am stuck. I gave them two stars because the product was shipped quickly. I feel scammed because I can't use my product because it looks used but I am afraid to return it to get a refund because many reviewers say they don't honor it. I guess I am out 25 dollars. My order was placed on 03/23 and by 03/27, I noticed that I had not received a status update on my order; so I sent an email to customer service through their website. To my surprise, they shipped my order that same night (a Friday) and the box was in my hands on Monday morning; with no issues. I will definitely order from them again, and I have also told friends about them; it's always nice when you find a company that you can trust!

DO NOT place an order from this company! I placed an order on March 31. They charged and took money out of my credit card. I waited and sent an email on April 15 for a status update. No response from them. I sent another email on April 28 and this time for refund as I did not hear from them. Again, no response from them. I get email that they shipped my order on May 5. I received my order today on May 7. I received all my order minus the Lysol. This company still charged me $7.11 for a Lysol that was not shipped!

Sent numerous emails and received one auto email and no other communication on status of the order. Their customer service number is not accepting calls, emails only which they are not responding to. Have requested a full refund. Will file a complaint with credit card company if no communications/refund received. When I never received a shipping notification I contacted them, no response, so I waited and then contacted again, no response to that either. It still has not been shipped apparently. I ended up ordering elsewhere 2 days after I ordered here and paid half the price and it was already delivered today! This company is unprofessional (and possibly a scam) and customer service is non existent. If I do not receive the product I will file a chargeback claim with my payment processor. My advice, order elsewhere and stay away from Pharmapacks.

After numerous emails to customer servicer, I ended up having to contact *** for assistance in filing a claim to get a portion of my money back. I was then emailed by a rep named *** who insisted that two items were shipped to me because of the package and weight of the box. I had to provide her with photos. However I am still waiting on a response. I am so turned off at the atrocious way I was treated as a customer. I even tried calling the toll free number but was on hold for a very long time and no one came on the line. Also, what chat icon? I will never order from this company again. *** is 100 x better.

For the last 3 weeks, I have called, emailed, DM on your instagram, Tweeted, Facebooked you with NO response or inquiry when I will receive a refund. Last week, after your website was down for a whole week, it can back up with Lysol Spray selling for double the price. You know price gouging is illegal right? I ordered a 3 packs of Scrub Daddy's from *** on 3/31. It was shipped on 4/4 from their warehouse in NY supposedly to its ultimate destination in Lacey, WA. I had been following the tracking information through *** which indicated it was in Honolulu HI and left that "carrier facility" on 4/9. It appeared to me that it was on a boat as there are no airports between the west coast of the US and HI and as of 4/13, the tracking information last says it left the "carrier facility." I emailed the seller through *** on 4/10 and have not received a response from the seller as of 4/13. Who the hell sends a package by plane to from NY to HI to go back to WA on a boat that takes 4 days? I *** the length of time to cross the ocean on a cargo ship. It is 4 days. I am trying to cancel this order that is stuck somewhere on the globe but can't because no one will get back to me and seller's policy on *** says there is a restocking fee for $9.99 scrub daddies.

Due to the pandemic I knew it would take time before I received my order, so I was waiting patiently. Well, several days after I placed my order I checked the website and saw that the same items I had ordered were now at prices double and triple what I had paid! 2 days ago Pharmapacks cancelled most of my order (except for a Vaseline lotion and 1 Lysol cleaner). I was shocked as they were still selling the Lysol spray I had ordered but at double and triple the price! If they were still selling the items why did they cancel my order? I emailed them back requesting that they cancel my entire order. I only ordered the other items to get free shipping and because I could still use them but the most important item I needed, the disinfecting spray was cancelled. I told all of my friends that were constantly checking their website what had happened and to not bother ordering from this company. This was my first experience ordering fromPharmapacks and will definitely be my last. Very disappointed and frustrated!

I placed two orders with this company the last week of March in an attempt to get much needed disinfecting products. My paypal account was immediately deducted the money for both accounts in the amount of $25.20 on 3//2020 and $15.78 on 4/*/2020. I did not receive ANY correspondence, order confirmation, shipping confirmation until over 8 weeks later on 5//2020 when my Paypal case was DENIED because Pharmapacks finally decided to "ship my items". I received both orders about a week later and of course was missing half if not all the items I ordered and til this day have not received a refund for the items that were never delivered.

I ordered $37.21 in disinfectant supplies on 4/*/2020. I emailed them three different times to find out the order status. I didn't receive a response until May *** (by an automated system) stating that they canceled my order. They have yet to process a refund for the order. Because I knew I had this order coming I passed up opportunitied to get disinfectants elsewhere. Now, everything is sold out and I'm left without an ability to stay safe (I'm high risk so depend on online ordering). Had they been honest up front that they didn't have the products or that they were unable to fulfill orders for some other reason I could have sought the products from another seller. They are risking people's lives by playing games. Looking at their online reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue with them.

I am VERY concerned that Pharmapacks has scammed me out of my money. I ordered several items over a week ago. My credit card has been charged, and that charge has long since posted. I have sent THREE emails to their customer service email address asking for an update on the status my order. I have received NO reply back. When I call their CS phone number, they tell you that they are NOT accepting phone calls due to COVID. And that ALL matters with them are to be handled by email (which they don't answer) or chat (there is no Chat icon despite saying there is on the Contact Us page). So they have taken my money, not fulfilled the order, and made it impossible to contact them about its status. I am wondering if I have to have my credit card carrier dispute the charge with them. I feel like I am being scammed, and they are using COVID as the excuse to attempt getting away with it. I need the help of the ComplaintsBoard.com to get them to honor my order and get it out here. I placed an order with Pharmapacks on March , for a total of $25.75. As of May ***, I had not received my order, so I sent the company an email on May *** stating I wanted my order cancelled. I tried several times contacting them by phone but was not able to reach them. On May *** I received an email stating my order was being shipped. They did not cancel my order as requested. I contacted them on May *** and *** again. When I finally received my order in approximately 7 days, I was missing 3 items and 1 bottle was not full and had tape around the cap. The packing slip had the 3 products X'd out in the quantity column. I had contacted Pharmapacks explaining the missing products and said I wanted my credit card credited for them. I did not say anything about the bottle that was not full because at the time I did not notice it. When they responded to me they apologized and issued me a refund for $4.18. The total refund for the 3 products is $11.29 and if I include the bottle which was not full, the total refund is $15.29. I have contacted them several times requesting them to issue the correct refund but have not heard from them that they had.

There are quite a few problems with pharmapacks. I originally purchased 8 items from pharmapacks at the start of thr covid19 crisis. A few weeks later I received an email stating these items were out of stock and I would be refunded for 6 of the items. I did receive this refund. Shiping costs did not change any even though my item purchase went from 8 items to 2. When my order finally did arrive a couple weeks later I only received 1 of the 2 products I paid for. I called to try to resolve this issue but they have a voicemail saying they are noy answering calls and are only responding to emails. I have sent multiple emails about my missing item and have had no response back. Now back to these items that were "out of stock". From social media, I knoe there were people who made purchases of some of the same items I did at purchase dates after mine that received the exact same item but paid a slightly higher price. The items that were refunded to me were then back in stock at more then DOUBLE what I had paid for them. This is definitely price gouging and they weren't even filling orders that had been paid at normal price so that they could sell those items at the gouged price.

On 4.*.2020 I made 3 online purchases from pharmapack. Order numbers *** and ORDER ***. I was excited that disinfectant products were in stock that I didn't look at the prices. A can of Lysol that is normally 3.99 to 4.99 was being sold for 13.47. 3.99 disinfectant wipes were 14.99 just everything was over priced and completely price gouging. My 3 orders would have been about 20 dollars total but because the company is clearly taking advantage of the situation I paid over 60 dollars. I immediately emailed the company and requested to cancel my order due to price gouging on 4.*.2020 (3 times) the company never replied. On 4..2020 ORDER *** was delivered. I emailed again that day requesting a refund and cancellation, my only option was to email due to their phones being turned off. I emailed again 2 times on 4..2020 requesting a refund. Since it was 20 days and no contact I think opened a dispute with paypal for a refund. On 5..2020 the company decided to ignore my 10+ emails and PayPal request and instead ship ORDER *** which was the most expensive price gouging items. I immediately emailed again no response. Instead on 5..20 I received an email saying they would cancel order *** Completely ridiculous and unethical that a company can take advantage of people in their time of need with raising prices and the also ignore request to cancel for over a month. By the time I received the order these items were back in stock at most locations and prices were back normal on their website.

I have 10m old daughter and my husband is an essential worker, so for that reason I have been unable to go to the store and purchase any essential cleaning supplies because by the time I am able to go, they are sold out. On Monday night, I saw that *** had availability for Lysol and I jumped to purchase it before it sold out. I thought I was receiving two bottles for $9, however, after I reviewed my order, I saw that they were charging $9 for ONE lysol cleaner when they typically go for $3. That's when I also saw they were selling disinfectant sprays for $22 EACH. I tried to cancel my order immediately and even chatted with an *** rep to report price gouging, because I think it is ridiculous Pharmapacks is trying to rip off people during these unprecedented times. I also e-mailed Pharmapacks 3 times and have yet to hear back. It says the item has shipped already (through ***), but I do not even want it! The second order I placed was to be sent to my father's address as he desperately needed the items I purchased due to his current health condition. I received order confirmation for both of the orders I placed. The company took the money out of my bank account as soon as I placed the order. On 4-*-20, I went to Pharmapacks' website but the website was under maintenance to transition to a "more user friendly" layout. At this point, I still had not received a shipping confirmation for either one of the orders I had placed. The Pharmapacks LLC website was finally able to be accessed a couple of days later to my surprise, the only thing that had changed was the prices of high-demand cleaning products has increased by up to 3x the retail value! To my surprise, several of my friends had ordered products from the website as well and have been issued refunds stating the product is out of stock. However, the website is continually updated daily with new products at 3x the retail value. This company is issuing refunds to customers who paid the less expensive prices for items and instead fulfilling orders where a larger company profit can be obtained. This exact situation has been posted by numerous customers on multiple media platforms. It is extremely sad taking into consideration the circumstances everyone is facing during this unprecedented time. I have emailed customer support three times with no response. The status of my order has not been updated and the packages have not been delivered.

When I returned home with the box (outside of box all damp & wet) and opened it the ENTIRE inside of the box was 100% wet! Therefore, ALL items within the box were CONTAMINATED from the bottle of liquid "Lysol Bathroom Cleaner" which leaked due to the horrible packing. Needless to say, EVERY item (the ENTIRE order) had to be thrown in the garbage due to contamination! On March , at about 10:13 pm I sent an email to Pharmapacks (from the link within the order) explaining the situation and requesting a full refund. I received an automated reply stating a "human" reply would be forthcoming. On March , I sent another email directly from my email account in case the one with link didn't go through. In this email I just copied/pasted what I had sent in the March , email. Again, another automated reply was sent to my email. As of today, April ,, I have NOT been contacted by Pharmapacks whatsoever. No email from a "human" customer service employee nor has my credit card been credited with a full refund. I realize our country is in the midst of the COVID-19 situation; however, I've had other companies who have made mistakes with our online orders or the orders were delayed; however, at every turn along the way, they kept me informed and/or refunded our accounts very quickly...in other words, we received excellent customer service from those other companies even during these trying times. Unfortunately, the Pharmapacks company has NOT extended courtesy or excellent service whatsoever; in fact, thus far, it has been terrible service! They quickly took our money; however, they have been extremely slow to treat us with courtesy & refund our money...this is NOT right! We are like many individuals in the USA who are just barely living from paycheck to paycheck; therefore, receiving a contaminated order which had to be disposed of immediately and then NOT receiving a refund quickly is difficult for us...we just can't turn around and place another order quickly. And since Pharmapacks has extended terrible customer service we don't feel at this time we could trust them with another order; after all, we haven't even received our refund. Please help us in this situation! Thank you for your time & assistance in this matter!

placed my order on Jan. 9th, through ***, with a posted delivery date of Jan. 19th. When I checked the tracking on the 19th, I see the order is 'delayed' , and has not even been shipped. No message from the company as to why, and no response to my message. Very unsatisfied with the lack of customer service here.
I attempted to get Calgon from this company. The order was returned by *** before delivery to me because of poor packing and the items were leaking. It has been more than 2 weeks. They are refusing to re-send the product and say they will eventually refund my money when they confirm the return by ***. Per *** the product was returned to their warehouse over a week ago. They are dishonest and provide extremely poor customer service. I will NEVER use them again.
I put in an order through *** and today, the day after the order was to be delivered, I received a message from *** that the order had not been shipped and to call Pharmapaks directly; which I did (Still on hold after 10 minutes with nothing but music); I then went to their chat room and entered my question and no one has responded. I will now go to *** and cancel my order because evidently there is 'No One at Home' at Phamapaks, LLC
Deplorable *** I ordered two items and only received one. After numerous emails to customer servicer, I ended up having to contact *** for assistance in filing a claim to get a portion of my money back. I was then emailed by a rep named *** who insisted that two items were shipped to me because of the package and weight of the box. I had to provide her with photos. However I am still waiting on a response. I am so turned off at the atrocious way I was treated as a customer. I even tried calling the toll free number but was on hold for a very long time and no one came on the line. Also, what chat icon? I will never order from this company again. *** is 100 x better.
