SDM at Alta Vista Ottawa has the worst pharmacy service ever experienced. They don't answer their phone; when they answer they just say hello instead of identifying themselves; doctor's faxes go missing or are not fulfilled; deliveries are not made but remain in store; etc. I've had to go there at least once a week to sort out problems. Unacceptable.

Publix Pharmacy - Want me to buy wrong size bottles
I have bought testostrone for years at publix now they want me to buy in tini bottles so I have to wast almost half of it. A 10ml bottle is what I always get and they want me to buy ten little 1ml bottles instead they say the 10ml would not be good for the time I would have it, not changed in at least last ten years but now they want to change it to harder to use and have to throw a lot of it away.
