My script has been at Eagle Pharmacy since 6 January 2026. I have been waiting for this to be filled and no progress has been made. I tried calling the pharmacy. The AI assistant passed me to a representative only to have the line do a “fast busy signal”. I tried calling several more times and got the same busy signal. There needs to be a way to connect with the pharmacy and speak with a person other than having to complain.
Desired outcome: I want my script filled and mailed with a tracking number ASAP.
