PillPack review: PillPack is the worst

Everything about this process has been terrible. It took 2 different CSR to set up the account. After hours on the phone I was finally able to get a PillPack ordered. The start date of the PillPack can't be changed and I needed a weeks worth of pills before it started. The CSR had me order a short term supply. But ordering the short term supply triggered the cancellation of the Pillpack. So now my 94 year old aunt is getting a 30 day suppy in bottles. Between the increased cost of 30 day vs 90 day supplies and needing to hire someone long distance to package the medication, Amazon PillPack has cost me hundreds.
