I ordered a longanisa breakfast and ask for 1 sugar and 5 creamer for my coffee. It was acknowledged by the cashier and I waited for 15 minutes. When it was not yet served after that waiting time I approached the counter the store manager informed me that I can be given 1 creamer and I have to pay for the extra. Wait what? I waited 15 minutes and for what? I have similar requests from other fast food but I never this kind of unacceptable response. I hope Chowking will fix this.
