Order #[protected] Towels ordered. One towel had the incorrect name on said towel. Name on towel rec'd was Aubree, correct name is Ava (Purple towel). My granddaughter was very upset when I issued her cousins with their towels & she didn't receive hers ie:- wrong name. Please issue me a towel with proper name: Ava (purple towel)

Claimed loss: Items were required for Christmas but didn't arrive until middle of January 2025. Disappointed.

Desired outcome: Issue a new towel with correct name being Ava (purple towel). Type towel:- Signature Style Beach TowelSize:- Oversized 70x37 Colour:- Purple
