Persona Day Spalon

My daughter booked manicures and pedicures for her wedding months in advance for a Friday (her wedding was that Sunday) and asked if each person could be done at the same time. She was assured that we would. We were not! Upon arrival they told her one bridesmaid that they didn't have time to do her manicure because someone had called out. The polish on the maid of honor's nails would not dry. She did hit her nail and instead of taking off the polish and redoing it, they dabbed at it which just made it worse! They were so tacky that she asked for the polish to be removed and they still charged her. Another bridesmaid's nail polish was so thick that the whole polish peeled off in one piece. When we all walked outside, that's when we all started noticing problems! You could see through my color and one finger still had my old polish on the cuticle. Here is the worst! The bride had several fingers where parts of her nail was not even painted and the polish was not smooth on another two. The next day we had to glue her gel nails down on two of her fingers! Her wedding was the next day and her nails were a mess.The day after her wedding, 3 gel nails fell off while driving to her honeymoon! We did not have the time to go back in with all the problems because we had another appointment to get to. So I phoned when we got home and spoke with a manager and was told that I had signed a form and they would not give me back a refund (rudely) I then asked to speak to the owner on Friday I have called several times since then and I have still not spoken to the owner!NO ONE has called me back even after I was told that she would call me back. The owner has continued to ignore my phone calls. I was told by the manager when I called on Friday to come in and they would fix it. We could not because of a prior wedding appt. and on Saturday we also could not because of prior appts. I was told she would give us 50% off on future polish. I will not go back there! I paid for a service that we did not receive.
