In June of 2024, my husband purchased a driver from Performance Golf. Unbeknownst to him, they began charging our credit card $30.89 monthly for without our authorization. The charge was for a monthly "training" that they automatically opted him into with his purchase. No email was sent notifying him that this was happening or that his "free trial" had expired. Because this is a shared credit card, we just discovered this bogus re-ocurring monthly charge, which at this point has cost us almost $500. We contacted the company via email, to which they responded that it is not their policy to refund, but they would make an exception and refund us for a one month charge of $30.89. This is not a satisfactory resolution from a company who's obvious business model is to deceive and capitalize on costumers who have purchased from them.
