Purchased the $47 golf swing correction video
Purchased the $47 golf swing correction video. Viewed the video and worked on the suggestions it provided. Subsequently, I noticed an unauthorized $19 charge on my credit card for an unwanted membership. I suspected a scam, as I had declined all additional offers. Nevertheless, a 'free trial' leading to monthly fees was covertly added. This company has lost my respect and appears to engage in deceptive practices. My credit card issuer unfortunately upheld the charge, citing the fine print. I advise against dealing with Performance Golf.

This company deceived me and billed my credit card for months. They are a total scam and ripped me off! They conned me. I purchased a video on a website. That was legit but somehow unknowingly they signed me up for something that billed my credit card 19 dollars a month. I don't use that card much and it was on auto pay. Since I don't use it I didn't realize I was being charged. When I asked for my money back they said I couldn't get refunded! I feel violated and the fact they didn't honor my request is proof to me they are a scam operation with a confusing website designed to scam people. I still have know idea what I was paying for. What was the service. What was I getting for 19 a month. It's not much money but I just am so angry they denied my request and treated me like I was the bad guy. This company is not legit and needs to be reported as a scam operation.

My driver after a year and a few months cracked the head ..
after asking for help they told me there was nothing they could do..
so after another email from me ,
They now say they will help me with this issue and replace the driver.
If I receive this all is good . And there customer service is standing behind their products

Be careful of this company, after you buy anything, they sign you up for unwanted lessons and go ahead and charge your credit card without permission. Their customer service sucks as well.
Ordering the club was easy, although it didn't perform as advertised. Without my approval, I have been charged $149.00 / month for the last 4 months. American Express disputed the charges but was provided a "notification document" from Performance Golf.
UNBVELIEVABLE - run, dont walk.
I ordered a golf club and was hit with recurring charges of $29 on my credit card. Sneaky hidden agenda. I see others have the same complaint.
Performance golf is not a legitimate golf company. They get you to purchase an item and then they start charging you recurring monthly fees of $29.00 and on December 25th 2023, I saw a charge of $499.00 I did not authorize. Be very careful dealing with this company as they will charge you for things you did not authorize.

Try to cancel. Thy will got long lengths to keep your money and charge no programs to didn't want

Already for-warned my Credit Company, No charges from this Scam!
I asked for a refund on 25th June, 2023. I have not received it three weeks later although they promised it had been processed. They are no longer responding to my emails. A very unethical business which I regret having purchased from.

I believe they are either incompetent and/or crooks.
