Performance Chip Tuning review: Scam artists!!!

My 17 year old son ordered a cold air intake from these people for $180. They sent the wrong part and it did not fit his truck, so he asked for a RA. We then had to pay $60 to ship the part back and they are still refusing to refund him. They state the package arrived late and used. It was never used as it did not fit his truck. He talked to them before he ever paid $60 for return shipping and they said it was fine to go ahead and return but he would only receive a 65% refund. Now they are refusing to refund any money. Total SCAM artist!
