I'm a specialist for a big Solar/Electronics company. We hired Pep Solar as a non contracted third party installer and they're doing an amazing job. They're professional and very detailed. We'll keep working with Pep Solar and make the world better, one solar battery at a time.

Solar companies are all over the Valley. But knowing you can trust someone to do what they say they will do is the difference. In the past 5 years, we've bought a bunch of solar stuff from PEP Solar and have been happy with what we got and how they treated us. I'd go back again if I ever need to.

This company is so cool to work with! Everyone, from the big bosses to the folks in the office and the people who do the installing, are super friendly, professional, and know what they're doing. And let me tell you, we are absolutely loving our itty-bitty electric bills, and even more so when we get a credit! We've been telling all our buddies who are thinking about getting solar to check out Pep Solar. They're the real deal!

Excelent service, knowledgable and did a great job at our property in Cochise County. They were upfront on what it took to get us what we wanted to add the panels and SPAN in two locations to power our home and well. We got a Tesla battery and are going to add another. They answered all our questions, showed us how everything worked and cleaned up after everything. Would definitely recommend PEP Solar!

Even the owner, Sean, was available to answer my questions. The installation went seamlessly with Mike, the foreman in charge. Pep Solar is a great company and Sean is a great guy. They've been around since 1978, so that made me feel good about their skills. Any company that's been around for over 40 years must be honest, dependable, and offer good stuff, or else they wouldn't last that long. I was really impressed with all the choices they gave us for our solar needs. I would totally recommend Pep Solar!

After havin a bad experience with 2 other Solar Companies, PEP Solar has been a blessin for me and my family. All the employees we have worked with, or just been in communication with, have been very professional. They have been patient with all of our questions and concerns, and took the time to explained everything to my wife and I in a way someone not in the industry could understand. PEP Solar employees have been informative and educational. It has been a great experience for us and we look forward to workin with PEP Solar again.

They put in some real garbage on my 2015 6.75kw setup that they sold to me as the top-notch system. The thing ain't working right no more (parts breaking down) and they're saying it ain't their problem 'cause the manufacturer went belly up. So now I'm stuck with a $25000 system that crapped out in just 5 years, and they're saying it's on me to get the no-good manufacturer to honor the warranty 'cause it only covers the installation. I reckon they were just tryna make a quick buck by slappin' in some low-quality stuff.

After all them home visits from solar peeps, I went with PEP Solar. They've been around for a hot minute and got a solid rep. My sales dude, Dallas, broke it down for me in plain English. When he didn't know something about them tax things, he called up the boss, Sean, who had all the answers. Sean even helped me out with my financing questions. Diane in the office is a rockstar with customer service, she treats you like your BFF. It's like joining a new fam, ya know? The installation was smooth sailing with Mike in charge. He kept it real and answered all my questions without making me feel like a pest. All in all, this was way better than I expected. I'm one happy camper!

Me and my hubby wanted some top-notch solar stuff and also some awesome help from the peeps at customer support. 'Cause like, if the dudes who install the stuff and the peeps who help us out ain't good, then what's the point, right? So, we got to meet the owners, *** and ***, and man, they treated us like fam. They were always just a phone call away whenever we had any questions. And let me tell ya, when things got real messed up with SRP (the local electric company), these guys had our backs. They kept us in the loop with emails and phone calls, and that really helped us chillax. My hubby even worked with the crew, and he said they were total pros. They made sure to answer any questions we had, and you could tell they were stoked about their job. Their work speaks for itself, man. We've already told all our peeps about PepSolar, and we'll keep on recommending them for sure!

We all know that grate customer service has been hard to find in the past 12 months for many reasons. I have experienced so many broken promises from service providers recently that I truly expect that to happen now. I am very thankful for the service I have received from Diane and other PEP Solar teammates recently. A few of the things I have been impressed by: 1. The employees do what they say they are going to do. If they tell you they will call you back later today, they do it. 2. The employees know how to make you feel like you are their only customer. This is always what I want my customer experience to feel like, and this company has it figured out. 3. This is a really difficult time (with COVID) to feel like you can count on service providers to show up as scheduled, and these folks do everything they can to meet customer expectations. Bottom line, this company has a culture of great customer service with no excuses.

Solar panel inverters failed and ain't workin' no more, even though they're still under warranty.

I bought a solar system from PEP Solar in March for a whopping $34460. They promised me a 79% reduction in my electric energy costs. At first, everything seemed fine, and my monthly bills went down to around ***. But starting in July and August 2022, my bills skyrocketed to *** and ***, which is more than 2 1/2 times what I used to pay.

I've been trying to get in touch with PEP Solar for the past 5 months to find a solution to this problem. I've talked to the owner ***, ***, and Rich, a salesman. They always come up with excuses for the low electricity production and the ridiculously high bills. At first, they would answer my calls, but now they just let the answering service take over, and I've left countless messages without any response.

Initially, they blamed it on partial shade on one panel, but then they checked all the panels and claimed they were working fine. However, they haven't offered any solutions since then. Before installing the solar system, my electric bills never went above *** per month during the summer when I used the most electricity. I simply can't afford these current bills, and there's definitely something wrong with the system.

Honestly, I regret ever doing business with this company. I desperately need help to fix this expensive problem.
