Crew was prompt and friendly. Explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. Also asked if I had any questions. After work was completed they asked me to review their work and approve. I was pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. My trees are now ready for the upcoming monsoons!

I have been dealing with Tree Pro's for over 12 years. When I call them they respond very quickly. Over the years they have removed several citrus trees, planted new ones, deep fertilized the trees. Whatever needed to be done. The workers are always polite, hard working, and very careful with how they clean up after themselves.

We use tree pros every year and are always so pleased and happy that we know them. The reasonably priced and they do a fantastic job of sending out our trees to make them look beautiful. So the sun comes through and they're happy and healthy looking and they clean up everything so you would never know they were here. Very good work. Thank you Tree Pros

This is our 2nd time using Tree Pros and we are still very impressed with them. We contacted them to trim back our mesquite tree and received a quote back quickly. They were easy to schedule with and came out just a few days later. They came on time and worked fast, but still did an excellent job. Overall they were very easy to work with and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Tree Pros. I had three trees thinned out and shaped. All of the debris was cleaned up and a few braches that had fallen into a neighbor's yard were retrieved. I was given advice about adding some ports to my irrigation system so that the trees would be properly watered. I wanted to get this taken care of before the monsoon season because one of the Palo Verde's had lost its central branch. It was pruned to help branches fill in the middle.

This is my second year using Tree Pro's to remove and/or trim my citrus trees. That alone tells you they must be doing something right. Indeed they are! After using "landscapers" in the neighborhood that would knock on your door only to do shoddy work at over the market prices on a cash basis only;I wised up after I saw a tree Pro's truck doing work at a neighbors. Not only are they less expensive, they ARE what their company is NAMED! I have (without hesitation) recommend them to anyone who has asks.

I have never done business with this firm, but they somehow acquired my cellphone number. Over the last 2 years, they have relentlessly called, texted and messaged me without regard to my many requests to be taken off their solicitation list. I would not do business with this firm if they were the last tree service on earth. Any company that could blatantly disregard my privacy (I am also on the federal do-no-call list) will never get any business from me or anyone else I can persuade to do business elsewhere.

I have several extremely large ficus trees and a large ash tree and for years have had landscapers trim them as maintenance. Deciding to hire arborists was a big step. Although nervous at the price tag, I couldn't be happier. The consultant discussed options that would help the trees remain healthy and sustainable. The crew that came out was on time, worked safely, did a tremendous job and left the lawn and rocks cleaned up. Such a great experience. I won't go back to landscapers for tree trimming ever again!

I've used Tree Pros for about four years and happily consider them to be our arborists. They are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous, and I feel comfortable with them. Yes, the price can be a bit jarring, but I've always felt that, at the end of the day, the service is worth it. Other companies tried to use my very proficient landscaping service in the past for tree trimming and feeding, and I was never satisfied with the results. Tree Pros is truly a tree specialist company, and I feel that our trees are in good hands with them.

4 workers showed up on time and backed up their large truck with a wood chipper and climbed up the trees 1 man per tree and then 2 helpers. These 4 workers were very experienced, professional and I was able to communicate with all of them. 1 of our Siso trees had branched in our neighbors back yard and they jumped the wall with the neighbors permission and cleaned up all of the branches. Them they cleaned up our yard from all the stick and leaves. I would HIGHLY recommend Tree Pros and I will use them again when needed. A+co.pany

Tree Pro's showed up on time as promised and work was completed quickly. Clean up after work completed was excellent. I had a large Ficus tree blown onto the roof of my house and knew at least one of the concrete tiles was broken. The crew was careful in removing the tree and there was not any additional tile damage resulting from the removal. I also had the tree stump grinded and that procedure also went very well. Again cleanup was excellent. I have used Tree Pros several times in the past and been just as pleased with the work. The only reason I did not rate 5 Stars is their prices. I feel they are a bit overpriced, but I do get peace of mind when they are working on my property.

I contacted Tree Pro's for a tree that was showing a lot of dead limbs. The arborist that came, “Robert", clearly knew what he was doing and gave great feedback about what would be needed and how much it would cost. I did think the quote was a little pricey but when the crews arrived I felt like we were getting professional work from experienced people. They trimmed and did corrective cuts on 4 trees, did soil treatment and preventive care on 4 trees and also did work to expose trunk flare on one tree. This required 3 separate teams or individuals that all were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the process. It is also important to note they all arrived on schedule according to the plan. Very pleased and would certainly use them again.

Make sure you read recent reviews, not overall*** wish I could give 0 stars. I don't even know where to start with the terrible customer service, but here's the long story short- had 40+yr old pine trees in the backyard, the reason we bought this house! They needed trimming before monsoon season we were afraid some branches could break. Nate comes to our house, wants to talk more about how he's married to the owners daughter than our trees, but convinces my husband along with the trim we should fertilize the trees. They come out and trim hardly anything, my husband talks to the guy here and the guy here says he can't trim more or it will kill the tree, but they "fertilized." My husband expresses to the girl at followup we aren't happy because it hardly looks like our trees were trimmed and we paid almost 4k. A month or so later one of the trees starts to die, we call and call and don't get anyone calling us back. FFW months later they send *** out to look at our tree. He stands there and says he would never recommend someone trim or fertilize these trees in the summertime, as if we were supposed to know. They are the "tree pros" so we took Nate's advice. But then when we say the tree died from their service he says "prove it" and left our home. Now all we are asking is for the tree they killed to be removed and they are refusing. So, 4k later we have barely trimmed trees we will have to take care of through someone else and a dead 40yr old pine that we will have to spend more money on to have removed. Don't expect any reasonable follow up. It takes weeks to get a call back if you have any sort of issue.
