I Joined Peak Performance for men for treatment of ED beginning in August 2022 treatment which consisted of 12 sessions of focused linear compression therapy. I saw very little improvement. After my final session I was scheduled for a follow up review over the phone where I was told they would schedule me for additional sessions with more intense therapy. When I called in on the day of my appointment 11/14/2022 there was no answer. I tired several times and even found another number to their office online. That is where I saw an article saying that that they had gone out of business in October and closed all of their facilities. I read about a man in Kentucky who was in a similar situation as me. He found the therapy didn't work and was promised further sessions of therapy before he found out that they had suddenly closed shopped. Like me he had paid over $5000 for the treatment! However in my case I took out a loan for which I have since paid off. I do not feel this is right. The treatment has not benefited me at all and they were dishonest and didn't even notify me that they were going out of business. This was a huge waste. I should not have to had to pay for this. What can I do?
Claimed loss: $5000
Desired outcome: Refund
