Treatment for erectile dysfunction
I Joined Peak Performance for men for treatment of ED beginning in August 2022 treatment which consisted of 12 sessions of focused linear compression therapy. I saw very little improvement. I entered a contract with Peak Performance for Men on February 17, 2022 for the condition of Erectile Dysfunction. I was to be treated at the office address of: 7489 Right Flank Road, Suite 300, Mechanicsville, VA [protected]. The treatment diagnosed was an initial visit/consultation, then, the actual sessions begins, and after which the patient waits 30 days to allow for growth and cellular repair; followed by the repeat of the process as determined by the ED Specialist. A final examination was to be conducted after the second 30 day break. The address of the parent company is: 100 Landmark Square, Virginia Beach, VA 23452; with a telephone number of [protected]. Initially, into the contract, things were good. I had multiple visits with them. My contract had not expired. However; when I went for an appointed session, following a hiatus scheduled by them, no one was there. The doors were locked and I had heard nothing from them requesting me to re-schedule. At first, I thought they may have had an emergency and didn't have time to leave their patients a notification. This went on for several weeks; I would call, no answer. I decided to call the office in VA Beach. Unsuccessful. I went to the office in Mechanicsville after several weeks of not being able to contact them, only to learn that they had gone out of business per a sign on the door.
