Pattys Boxers Cash back

Good morning, I'm from Boxersuperstore in Zeerust, there is a cashier name Olebogeng Seago, she is very rude I don't know how to put it, coz "very rude" is an understatement.

I was asking for a cashback then she told she doesn't have it which I understood, I asked her to atleast ask somebody else to help me, she said I must go start the que again I refused to join the que again, then she said I will stay there until I leave and that I will make noise for nothing, I told her to call the supervisor for me she refused again, then the supervisor came after she hears noise from Me and the cashier, I didn't expect the cashier to make a noise with me in front of other customers but she did, So please I need you to attend to this matter as much as you can because wow that cashier is not well trained, the supervisor came and helped me but you can tell that she wanted to protect the cashier, because she said to me I was not supposed to make noise, but she did told the cashier to keep quite, but at the end of the day the supervisor helped after Olebogeng Seago said she can't call the supervisor because that's not how it's done. Yours faithful unsatisfied customer Ivy.

Desired outcome: To be called and attend when the cashier is being reprimanded,she needs to learn customer service, house keeping and customer ethics.

Pattys Boxers Sellling Puppies Scam

Hind sight is 20/20, but after months of communicating with Patty's Boxers, the breeder conveniently stopped communicating once the 90 days were up. Why is this important? It's also the date in which any claims are no longer researched with PayPal. Unfortunately, I also found out despite the 90 days, PayPal cannot guarantee deposits, because there's nothing ever delivered, so there are no records. After making promises of the next litter, we finally got a call around the 90th day the female dog passed. It was then, we no longer received any communications. No text, no emails, no phone calls. As stated, hindsight is 20/20. After researching the internet we found that we were not the only ones. Many sites including the BBB of MN, [redacted].com, and of course this board, had many of the same stories, slightly different, but the same excuses and no returns on deposits. Unfortunately, we were emotionally subjected to some deaths and other issues, that blinded us from doing our due diligence. Because of this, it landed us in this situation of someone taking advantage of us. Patty's Boxers (http://www.pattysboxer.com/) is not a business you should trust, much less trust as a business at all. If you check the BBB of MN (http://www.bbb.org/minnesota/business-reviews/dog-breeders/pattys-boxers-in-cannon-falls-mn-96554072) I'm sure your story will be similar as everyone else. This post is not so much of a complaint, as it is to notify any potential buyers that this outfit is unfit to do business. If you Google "Patty's Boxers", you will see a long list of complaints as proof.

Please let people know that this has been going on for years, I have pasted my BBB complaint below from 8/2015, the BBB only goes back 3 years, I believe there was at least one other complaint when I filed. She sure seems to lose a lot of dogs and have issues with false pregnancies. But as you said hindsight and the fact that my deposit was given in AUGUST of 2014, I had no real recourse. and I have since found out that most breeders won't take a deposit so far in advance because so many things came happen and there isn't a garauntee of litter size.

Complaint Description:
Put down deposit for puppy, minimal communication, 3 pregnancies and no puppies, requested refund due to breach of contract on their part, no response.

Put deposit down in August of 2014 for a puppy to be born in spring/summer 2015, false pregnancies claimed, another litter was due beginning of July, but there are no puppies. Patty said she had two litters of puppies expected in May, and I would have second pick as there was one deposit down before us. No communication from Patty, even though I was trying to make contact through texts & email. Finally on May 26th, I received a text from Patty explaining that both dogs had false pregnancy's, but that in the meantime another of her dogs had come into heat and was bred for end of June beginning of July puppies. I responded I could wait until then, took a week for a response and finally got responses between 6/2-6/7 and now I am 4th on list. Texted weekly for updates for 3 weeks, 6/16, 6/23, 7/1 all with no response. Texted again on 7/2, no response, texted again on 7/6 as well as emailed and messaged on facebook. Finally received an email response on 7/8 that there was some family issues as well as a contagious disease going through her kennel and she had to put down most of her dogs including the pregnant one and she felt bad for the families expecting a puppy and wondered what she could do. I responded with my sympathies for her family and regarding the loss of the dogs and made a request for a refund as she was unable to fulfill the contract and requested the refund by check within 30 days, That end date was 8/8/2015. I have heard nothing from her in any way shape or form until today 8/20, and all of a sudden she has a litter available, they are couple weeks old, which means they were bred right before or during her disease outbreak. I can't think that these puppies could be healthy. All I want is my deposit back. I put the deposit down for what I thought would have been a puppy in spring/summer. I was willing to wait until end of July but am now thinking I may have been duped.
