Magnet Capital Many demands, but still looks like a total scam

Hmmm that's strange that Magnet Capital is an unregistered managed investment scheme, but required so much from their future investors.
250 000 dollars income per annum, 2 years in a row and investment amount of which is equivalent to 500 000 dollars or above. Don't you want too much, guys?
Counting that the only way to contact you is an online form I think you have to quench passions.
It's clear why you want to accept experienced investors only, but you yourselves have to match criteria before making demands. It's obvious. You didn't even provide your address. The only thing I know that you're based somewhere in Syndey. I am sorry but Sydney is huge, where exactly do people have to look for you after they realize you stole their money?
