Paradigm Public Adjusters review: John Capriles - Scam Fraud 1

John Capriles from Paradigm Adjusters showed up at my house at 7:00pm after my house caught fire. It was a difficult day for my family and my upstairs tenants and this guy made it way worse. He told me he works with my insurance company and needs to take pictures which was strange because I didn’t even call the insurance company yet. He showed me his business card but didn’t let me keep it which I found strange. Truth is, John Capriles does NOT work for the insurance company, he works for a private claims company that he runs out of his garage somewhere in white plains. This was the first of many lies this car salesman told me. By signing his claim paperwork, all of my insurance checks included his name which I still have copies of. He refused to sign over the funds to my contractor until I “paid him his fee”. How can I pay you your fee if you are holding the money? He also called my wife at work and told her that if we don’t use his contractor there is a strong chance our claim will get denied and he can no longer help us. I called the insurance company myself and they told me this is not true and once again, john capriles is lying. The Allstate business card he showed me was fake, the garbage he told my wife was lies, and the 5% he took from my check was ROBBERY. Two Complaints submitted to the state of NY and not a word back yet. I will update this forum as I get answers. If anyone knows who this guy is please turn him in. And Buyer Beware, DO NOT HIRE JOHN CAPRILES PARADIGM ADJUSTERS if the show up to your house! CALL THE COPS! LOOK UP HIS OTHER COMPANIES! ADJUSTE RITE, EXECUTIVE ADJUSTERS AND TYPE SCAM NEXT TO THE NAMES, YOU WILL HAVE A HEART ATTACK WITH WHAT THEY DID!
