Ordered propane on Dec. 23, 2024 at 7am. It is now Jan.2 2025 and have not received propane and after several calls we are told we are not even on their schedule. What is going on? Worst part of this is that we prepaid this year and have always kept our account up to date. The 5 to 7 delivery date is a joke. This is the 7th day and still not on the schedule. We should have been put on a schedule on the 23rd of December. Get with it paraco

Shoddy, alarming, disappointing service.
We have been Paraco customers for many
years. On the blustery, freezing morning of 12/30 we woke up to no heat or hot water. After calling the furnace repair man and being directed to check to see if we were out of propane because the same thing happened to him. (Both of us are “pre-paid, auto-fill” customers.)
And, yes indeed, my propane tank was on empty. I have the photo.
Apparently, Paraco is allowing their customers to run out of propane with no notification, and if we hadn’t persisted, we would probably still be freezing.
I am an elderly widow caring for my handicapped son. This is alarming! Finally, after my other son got involved and was able to connect with a supervisor (Mary,) we were promised a delivery of propane that day due to medical necessity. Finally, at 5:30 pm they came and put 50 gallons in our tank and said they would be back the next day to fill it. That was a 2 days ago “no show!” Conveniently for Paraco, their offices are closed today for the holiday, so I cannot have the repeat experience of being 28th in queue on their phone line. Happy New Year!
