What are you going to do to solve this.
I am being charged for electricity through you and my other electricity company. My solar is still NOT UP AND WORKING. Why am I being charged 2 times for the same service? I was told that once my solar was functioning properly, you would assist me in canceling my other service and that you would pay the early cancelation fees. I can not afford to pay 2 times for the same service. ?
