Palm Harbor Homes review: Warranty work not complete

We bought a 2023 mobile home from the lot in 2024 that has crack in the ceiling and a broke window in the master bath. We submitted warranty work back in the 90 days we had, which was submitted in 2024, I believe around April-May. Here we are in June of 2025, and the warranty work has not been fixed. We had several attempts of a ''contractor" come out and he always made excuses, then we had an appt set for April 18,2025 and the guy never showed or called. Went above the warranty people and was told I would hear something in a week or so, and I am 3 weeks out and still not a word from no one.
