PadSplit I've been renting from padsplit since the January

I've been renting from padsplit since the January. I first had trouble getting into my actual room on move in day, they gave me the wrong code and I had to wait until the following business day to get into my room. I came from 16hours away and expressed this to them before I moved because I read others reviews of having trouble getting into their padsplit. I was only reimbursed for the nights I did not stay in the room, even though I had to get a hotel, friend house hop for the weekend with all my belongings. Besides that it was decent, until my room light and closet light stopped working. The communication has been absolutely HORRIBLE. They tel you one thing and you dont hear from them until you call again. It is absolutely frustrating not having these request fufillled after being put in MULTIPLE times, and being BEYOND patient. I have been contacting over 2 months about the issue of my lights not working in my room. I have to rely on sunlight in order to see properly in my room. I have put in more than 7 maintenance requests, I have called mored than 2 times about this as well as sent many emails about the problems in the house I am paying rent for. I put in other request such I had seen rodents such as roaches and I expressed my concerns about this as WELL. There is a broken rod in the bathroom that a roommate had put on a request for that is still not answered. The broken rods have created 2 holes in the bathroom allowing more bugs to come in since they are very large holes. Can't forget the face one of the bathroom showers dont get hot therefore can't be used for showering. It has been like this since before I even moved in and it STILL is not fixed. I pay my rent on time and I have done so for months, however this is ridiculous. Part of my agreement of payment is the utilities which are not being fufilled on their end. It is not fair I pay my rent on time every week, but they ignore to fix issues that effect my daily life. I would say tread lightly when renting from these people because they are HORRIBLE with communication and actually getting the job done.
